Fabulous music, beautiful grounds, 5 stars for those. No food served at all from 2 until 10pm so people who came to drink and eat were left disappointed. I had to leave and go to the local shop to buy food which I then had to eat outside on my own. Staff were nice but very over friendly with some of the drunk girls. People were drunk too soon, combined with the heat resulted in the odd fight. Seriously, not serving any food at all over a two day festival is irresponsible. The note on the table said all ticket sales go to the Palm house but I wonder what % if the £350 drinks package goes to the Palm house.

Such a poor event. £200 for a table of 6. It was basically just an Ibiza CD played through some speakers. Difficult to get served a drink and when we did it was £4.50 for a 330 ml can of warm beer. Decided to buy a large ice bucket of beer for £50 as getting served was such an issue, it arrived on a tray, warm. The bar man told us they had ran out of ice buckets. Toilets were festival porta-loos, not enough toilets for the amount of people in the venue, meaning large queues. No handwashing facilities, just sanitiser. Really disappointed in this event and would not recommend.

It should have had loud and clear that you would not be able to dance.. Absolutely ridiculous to have an ibiza event on that you could not dance too. £144 to sit at a picnic table with a bit of music on. While the Knowsley Social had an event where you could dance as long as you where in your own table area. We would have rather of gone there.

The event was pricey for what it was. We stayed from 2-7 and in that time, they had a saxophone player on a few times. The DJ didnâ??t interact with the crowd and theyâ??re was no dancing from the crowd. A few dancers came out towards the end. It felt more like a beer garden with a bit of music on, rather than an event. The drinks was over priced which we expected but the wait for drinks was awful, and they was short staffed for the amount of people that had tickets. We left very disappointed.

drinks where over priced considering we had already paid for to be at the event. The music wasn't great, it was basically just a playlist with no actual acts. No food at the event either and no shelter provided which for an outdoor event lasting 8 hours is extremely poor.

I would like to request a refund for this event it was very poorly set up, we got over charged for drinks twice and had to sort this out ourselves with the waiter, there was no cover for the rain not even umberellas, tickets were really overpriced to sit on a park bench, only couple of waiters for the amount of people there took very long to get served, music was really low couldnâ??t even hear it

The event was ridiculous.It was all outside. No catering at all . No alcohol free option drinks . Was not allowed to stand near tables or dance in a dance event . The security were rude and rough . The music was very low . Everyone there said it was awful

Music was too low, couldnâ??t dance at own table, ordered a bottle of vodka and received 6 cans of lemonade when we asked for more we were told the staff were encouraged not to give more out. Should be given enough mixers for the vodka since your paying £130 for a bottle!

The bar was well managed and didnt have to wait too long.

The toilet situation was an absolute nightmare - 4 toilets for the womens and there were large queues throughout the night, which spoilt the night. When I asked why there werent any more toilets I was advised that they only needed to provide 1 toilet for each 100 people!

There was no disabled toilets available, I am registered disabled and when asking about a disabled toilet I wasnt any.

The event was good, however, the constant queuing for the toilet ruined the atmosphere and night.
