Review of Disco in the Park

The music was great the there were not enough toilets and they were not cleaned and there were not lit until an hour before closing. To my knowledge the Palm House did the bar and the prices were extortionate
They had to stop the music twice as people were not abiding by the rules of the event

Possibly one of the best events I’ve ever been to, I never take the time to do anything like this but i feel whoever organized this deserves recognition and I look forward to going to many more

The DJ was good. The owner of the site Sandra was abrasive and stuck up. The security on site had plenty of reasons to be disliked during this event.. catching people taking drugs into the event or hidden alcohol that causes on site management to moan at them costing them their jobs because you’re a gang of low level scruffs sneaking street ale in Capri sun containers into events that were £25 a head. The event was labelled a social distancing event how brain dead do you have to be to need security to remind you hourly to separate? Then those leaving who could of been refused entry on the grounds stated above had the audacity to ask for drugs back etc and didn’t like it when security responded in kind to little silly bratty girls let out past bed time with drugs to abuse female staff calling the pizza and kebab ass while spitting through the massive gap in her teeth she looked like she had a foaming mouth full of sugar puffs! Trying to call anyone else out! Generally most customers were great unfortunately there are those that couldn’t follow basic rules to allow the event to roll out smoothly they wanted luxury toilets in a outdoor event it’s just mind blowing to think how many of these kinds are free to walk the streets and have these types of opinions my god

This was easily the event of the summer for myself and friends who journeyed from Newcastle specifically for this event on August bank holiday.

The venue is second to non, an incredibly unique space transformed to suit an amazing party atmosphere all whilst promoting sensible social distancing within your own social bubbles.

Finally, the music really delivered. No gimmicks just exactly what we were promised - Ibiza Classics.

No doubt will be keeping an eye out for events from the company in the future.

Myself and my friends has the most amazing experience here at the weekend. Felt so safe with all security and social distancing measures were in place.
Music was fantastic and the tables were nicely placed apart. The drinks were possibly more expensive than your usual event but certainly no more expensive for what you would pay for a great c**ktail bar - the atmosphere and the options made up for that. I will 100% be returning.

Attended this event on bank holiday Sunday.
No last entry stated on the ticket or confirmation emails but when we arrived we were initially turned away as it was too late. After a lengthy conversation showing people that there was no last entry info we were eventually let in. - a great start.
The event description Was seriously misleading, there was 0 table service, no social distancing, over priced drinks and no health and safety taken into consideration.
The music was so quiet that everyone had to crowd around the musicians which posed a risk to everyone attending.
The event was interrupted by the police a number of times which resulted in the ‘security’ running round the guests asking everyone to social distance.
The queue for the loo was over 40 mins long and there were 4 toilets for about 150-200 women. There was 1 bottle of hand sanitiser located at the exit of the toilet and non further around the site.
This is a poor reflection on the palm house and all it stands for and the type of events it hosts as I’ve never been to anything as poorly organised as this... which leads me to think some of the reviews on here are probably fake.

I attended this event on Sunday, event was terribly organised. Paid £120 for a table of 6 with no drinks included and no table service. Misleading information on the event description. Social distancing had completely gone out the window; guests were standing up and congregating in front of the DJ and musicians as the speakers were terrible and didn't reach round the perimeter of the palm house. No stewards separated the people until there was a threat of the police at the gates (multiple police interruptions). There were a total of 4 toilet cubicles for approx 200 women; the toilet queue was 45 minutes long (not an exaggeration, timed by myself and a friend when we joined the mile long toilet queue). Toilets were also really unclean, and only saw hand sanitiser at the gate; other dispensers were empty. Completely ridiculous to attempt an event like this and a total waste of money.

It was sadly lacking a vibe. It felt like the party had been the night before and the Monday was just left over wrap up mood.
The staff I have to say were very friendly and kind.

Unfortunately we left early it was very slow to start not the music we thought it would be being an avid fan of Pete tong ibjza music.
Event seemed only to include seats right by dj and dancers other guests left to the outside. Maybe better later start time and include all of areas
