The venue was cold so lacked atmosphere the acoustics were bad too so you couldn't hear the band properly .

Accessibility was the only issue for me. Getting to St. George's Hall while Xmas Market on.
Daughter in manual wheelchair trying to get over the cobbles was an absolute nightmare.
Also inside St. George's Hall we couldn't access the 'reception' area due to steps and lots of people. We also decided not to go down to this area while the interval was one.
