Review of Kids Christmas Party
No party games. No buffet then when it was organised not enough food for the amount of people there - no where near enough. We went out and bought food in. Kids spent 2/3 hours sat at the table because Santa was out the entire time. Nothing for the kids to do what so ever. Can't call it a disco with no space on the dancefloor as it's taken up by a stage with Santa and children being told to keep back so others can see Santa. Absolutely not as advertised. Left an hour early.
Tried to contact the venue on different platforms but no reply..they're now blocking people and deleting comments and have disabled reviews on their social media. Mistakes happen, I get that. But own it, apologise, and offer some recompense

Christmas children’s party !! Well it was not a children’s Christmas party.. was no entertainment what’s so ever for them poor kids was just running round bored.not one game or bit of fun!!
The manager told people there was no food even though they advertised party food would be available so she then 2 half hours later got some food for about 20 people and there was about 50 kids never mind adults was no juice available for the first hour as they never had no child friendly drinks a mother had to say go the shop to buy juice it’s a children’s event and we don’t give the kids fizzy drinks…
The male manager was shouting at all the mums speaking to them abruptly and the lady who runs it was so rude don’t think anyone who went to that event will be returning absolutely shambles!!!

We arrived at the carton at 12 .30 and had to phone Joanne at 12.50 shutters still down kids
Freezing cold said she was on her way
Then had to wait for staff to arrive
Asked at 1-45 what time the food was being served Joanne the manager said no food today
A customer showed her the advertisement
O she said I will sort think she went £1 shop for it
I ended up going the chippy and the shop next door for drinks would not give my custom or recommend the carlton load off crap

Review of Kids Christmas Party 16th December
What a disappointment!
DISCO - not really. Guy playing Xmas tunes. Kids not encourage to come and dance. Not that there was much room for that.
PARTY GAMES - none whatsoever.
BUFFET - Joke. Nowhere near enough for the number of people there. Kids went hungry if they were in the latter stages of the queue.
SANTA - yes there was a Santa. Families were called up to see him. Then Santa needed a break. Imagine being one of those kids who still hadn't seen him.
GIFT - was cheap.
SELECTION BOX- yes they got one. A very small one.
OVERALL - Kids had nothing to do other than run around for the first hour. Then sat at table bored for the next hour while Santa was on stage. Brief visit to speak to Santa. 20 mins queuing for no food.
We left an hour before it finished. Many others left early. The only reason we stayed that long was in the hope that what was advertised would be delivered.
Won't be going again.

Kids Christmas Party
Advertised as kids Christmas party with disco, Santa, party games and food. The only thing they delivered on was Santa.
Arrived at 1pm and kids spent 45 minutes running around. Barely any dance floor and it's taken up by a stage with a tree at the moment.
At 1.45/2ish Santa came out. Called one family up at a time. This went on for the next hour/hour and fifteen. Kids sat at the table bored. Gift fram Santa was as expected, small jigsaw and a jelly worm thing so couple quid.
DJ then starts announcing the buffet isn't open. People can be seen with plates of cakes and things. Eventually when the buffet is opened there is far short of what was needed to feed the number of people they had in tje venue. By the time my mum.wjo waited in the queue gor to the small table there were a few sandwiches left. By the time.i then went up with my daughter there was 2 sandwiches and a licr of some sort of baguette or something. Ended up going out to the shop to get some stuff for the kids.
Santa then came back out and the kids were once again confined to either running around adding to the chaos or sitting at the table. Asked three members of staff were there party games to be told no, kids would just get a selection box at the end. We left early.
Venue has since disabled reviews on its Facebook so it knows there have been a lot of unhappy customers. Has deleted comments by people relating to the issue. One woman reviewed saying the manager was basically telling people who were complaining to go home and initially the venue said they weren't putting food on because they had underpriced the tickets. To let's were £7.50 each. The toy was £3 max from Santa, the selection boxes are £1.25 in Tesco at the moment and no doubt cheaper if bought from wholesale. That's £4.25 - and that's only the kids tickets we're counting. Have requested refund for the two adult tickets as we saw nothing for them.

Absolute s**t hole! Don’t advertise a kids party with music for pensioners. A buffet with blocks of cheese thicker than your nans toe nails.
Santa must of been out the night before sweating his box off. S**t games kids running round with nothing to do. And it may only be £7.50 but don’t offer it if you can’t commit.

Review of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons (Tribute)
Too many steps to access room (no lift)
Tables set out in different levels making it risky to navigate
Allocated seating and cramped conditions
Huge queues at the bar
Excellent tribute band
