Review of The Sandon end of season party VIP experience
We went to see the Liverpool game on a screen/tv and there was no sound and then we were told we had to move rooms and the screen was bad there too. And on top of that the food was gone that we wanted. So really disappointed we did not have a great experience that we paid and hoped for. If the screens were working it would have made a difference but this should have been looked at for such a major occasion.

Review of The Sandon end of season party VIP experience
The whole day was a disaster we had to squeeze onto a table as the queue to get into the room was horrendous 15 minutes to get into the room which was packed hence squeezing onto a table the match started with no sound on the TV six members of staff tried to fix it with no luck loads of people walked out half time still no sound we were promised the sound would be on for the second half still no luck with the sound it was an absolute disgrace you would have thought that they would of checked the TV for everything but no not enough chairs I think they let people in without tickets because of the queue and kick off was at 4pm. Everyone was shouting for a refund I paid nearly £100.00 for this event and what a waste of money. more and more people were leaving the entire game we heard nothing the food was disgusting and I had diarrhoea the following day?? Everyone was upset children crying adults crying including myself the manager and staff didn't care just disappeared I asked for a refund and the manager just screamed at me and walked away.i have worked in hospitatly jobs for 30years and wouldn't dare speak to anyone like the way she spoke to me. The whole day was a disaster from start to finish. I don't think the staff know the word HOSPITATLY!!!. I want a full refund for this most unorganized event I have ever been to. I will never ever go to that Sandon hotel again. DISORGANIZED RUDE AND IGNORANT AND MOST UNHELPFUL STAFF I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AT AN EVENT. SO IF YOU COULD SORT MY REFUND PLEASE ASAP!! NICHOLA KINSELLA EMAIL ADDRESS IS nikkiandpeter@live.co.uk thank you.

Entrance was last minute as they did not allow entry until 15.45, not clear on the ticket. The sound did not work so there was zero atmosphere and the food was very poor quality
Such a shame as much of this could of been avoided

Review of The Sandon end of season party VIP experience
Such a huge disappointment. We had no chairs or a table allocated to us. We had to get our own chairs from a stack behind some other tables. There was no sound on the football! I mean, of all the things that had to be right, sound was right up there with a picture. There was a fight and someone ejected. This is the HOME OF LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB! It really was a massive disappointment. I am astonished that they allow it to represent their brand. I would like a refund for my 2 tickets.

Review of The Sandon end of season party VIP experience
I paid £222 for 8 VIP tickets for a meal and a drink. I were given the wrong information from various people who worked for Sandons saying the VIP tickets are for after the match. Which was not the case. The VIP side was not made clear it cost me in the end £222 for 1 can of diet c**e and 5 bottles of beer. Will be contacting the venue for a refund

There was no sound on the TV or outside which made the experience very poor.
We were not allowed into the VIP area until 3.45pm which was not made clear when buying the tickets.
I would like a refund on the cost of the two tickets purchased please, can you let me know how and when I should expect this???

No sound on tv's, paid for vip and was disappointed with food and atmosphere, a lot of people were unhappy which made a difficult atmosphere, uncomfortable seats and not enough space/seats for people so had people standing in the way of tv's

As i am sure you are aware by now looking at other reviews the whole VIP experience was as the Liverpool character Jim Royale would say VIP MY A**E...
It was a terrible experience from start to finish..we where pushed from pillar to post no sound 4 different rooms televisions with no sound received no food was offered a hot bottle of budd when others were asking the manager about the situation she was the most ignorant person to them,me as a pensioner had purchased four tickets for myself and friends,i was embarrassed by the fact that i had treated them to such a terrible experience.we were called the complaining Irish by a supervisor woman speaking on behalf of the Sandon we are not Irish we are British as we are Northern Irish how dare she speak to us in such a manner.I NOW DEMAND TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND

Had a great time! The staff are so lovely, special thank you to Paul who was on the door, so thoughtful and helpful in escorting myself and my sister who uses a stick to our seats, nothing too much trouble

Review of The Sandon end of season party VIP experience
Firstly we were waiting in a stair well to enter in a packed stairwell which was extremely dangerous. Get in to the vip room where it was extremely over subscribed. Food was nice but not enough of it. Drinks expensive and served in plastic kid side cups and expensive no ice as it had run out at 2pm. Also they had run out if there most popular beer by 2pm. Match started and no sound on the tvs. Room was also very hot air conditioning units were not on. Very disappointing to say the least. We left early. The out side area to the vip was very run down. This was a big expense for us to come to liverpool.

Review of The Sandon end of season party VIP experience
The outside venue and DJ were excellent. How ever myself and four people booked for the VIP experience which was quite chaotic getting into the venue was pure chaos with so many people and only 15 mins before the match did not give people enough time to settle before the match started.thenthe food ran out of choices and not enough desserts for everyone. It would of been nice also for some drinks offers. The TVs were awful you couldn't hear the match very well which dampened the experience because that's what we came for. A little disappointed ☹️.

No sound for the football or Kloppâs final speech. Nowhere near enough food to go round everyone - most only had 1 course. Bars didnât have enough staff on and quickly ran out of stock. Great pub and atmosphere, but a poor experience sadly.
