No problem with the event itself but everyone was being let in for free without tickets being checked, so very much felt that I was conned out of £10 + service per ticket

The property said it was wheelchair accessible but it was not. This is unlawful and all listing stating this on the website should be removed.

Me and my uncle had a good quality meal and Jon Aldridge as advertised did not turn up.

Ironically, outside the hotel with the big screen would've been much more accessible

Tickets where pointless, not sure why they even sold them when they where not checked and everyone just attended without tickets. I feel like I was ripped of having to pay for them

No one checked our ticketed when we entered and when speaking to people in there so many hadn’t even bought one.
Their was no volume inside on the TV’s/screens. Only atmosphere was outside but it was too crowded to take my son.

This event was a disgrace, it was supposed to be a tickets only venue but it wasnâ??t, everyone just crammed in there without tickets so I was no need to have wasted my money. Buying 4 tickets, overcrowding beyond safety, queuing for toilets & drinks , the most disorganised event weâ??ve been & will be looking for a refund

I paid for me and my son. expecting tickets only. And the majority of people there could just walk. All staff has no idea about tickets. Was told to go to the stairs at 4pm to go upstairs. Then when we did, we was told by security it is hospitality only. losing our seats for the game ð??¡

only needed the tickets to watch the match on the screen outside. People could come and go without tickets so felt like 100 quid for nothing!
