Fans made the atmosphere everything else terrible. Only food was from a burger van with 2 staff, run out of chips by 4 in the day, ridiculous as having a diabetic in our party we were led to believe there would a several food options available on the day but there wasn't. Crowd control very poor.
Ladies toilets no soap or toilet roll from early in the day.
We have watched the game from outside this venue in the past so decided this time to be inside but never again

Brilliant day apart from the result

No free drink on arrival. Packed in to vip area like sardines. No entertainment. Over priced Beer. Toilets a disgrace. Non vips just walked in and sat down . Staff were lovely but had no idea what was going on. Food was at best average. Then they charged us £8 for a burger at half time - unbelievable Jeff. Thank you but never again.

VIP toilets were disgusting. 2 fully blocked and 3 with no toilet paper or hand soap. Not enough staff working and the ones who were working were running their feet. Poor organisation

Hours of queues, gave up eventually went to the church which was great

Horrible horrible organisation and facilities. Advertised food, and provided 1 food truck for 5000 people. But worse, provided 7 portaloos for ~3000 people outdoors that had been drinking all afternoon. Causing girls to go in their pants or not at all, and guys to go against the fence or in the middle of the crowd.

Outrageous and ruined our experience. Regardless of the result on the game we couldn't wait for it to finish and to get home.

Atmosphere was due to the football, paid for VIP tickets and just about got in, didn't get a seat or anything to as it looked rank wont be back, next game I'll get a seat in a pub and chips after

This was my second final sandon. This time I went VIP and was totally worth it. Access to everywhere but you get a table, food and a bar that only takes few minutes get served. I'll see you next time

Had clearly been oversold, you could not move once you got in. Bar facilities, toilet facilities, everything about this had been badly organised. Expected a lot better.
