Itâs was rubbish. Too many children and people in one small room and not enough entertainment for children. One small ball pit and 4 elves running round absolutely crap. Rip off

Review of Jingle Balls - Xmas Butler In The Buff Bingo - Liverpool
Awful. The bingo was crap, no shows as advertised just embarrassing low class games.
Couldn't see anything due to the lighting. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was the worst experience of my life.
Picture the scene. About 700 people packed in to a hall kids just running wild, no structure to the event. 1 tiny ball pond that looked like it was from the 90s, kids just climbing onrop of one another floor soaking wet kids going flying and hitting there heads on the floor. 1 crap stage where an " elf " was doing a game of pass the poo and when it stopped the kid got a hard boiled sweet. Honest to god ive never seen such a shambles. Every single person was complaining it was the worst.

Wow!!! What carnage!!...This was not the event myself or family had envisaged for our 4year old.. utter carnage!...we were hurdered up to the 6th floor to be confronted with total carnage!
..kids of all ages running amock...no where to sit ..no structured activities. No snow machines as advertised and no father Christmas.. if you call this the ultimate kids party ,you should be be sued for false advertising, I've requested a total refund. So disgusted and embarrassed that I took my grandson and family to this event.never again

Absolute waste of money was there not even 5 minutes and we left no where to sit half the people were standing up. Couldnât t get served for a drink que far too long. No organisation at all. Atmosphere was awful like there was a fight ready to kick off. Performances if they were were shocking couldnât hear what they were saying on the microphone. So disappointed my kids were so looking forward to this and it was a shambles !!!!

Comfortably the worst children's event I have ever been to. So unorganised and dangerous for children, very limited entertainment, basically an elf on the stage with music and kids running around throwing objects at each other, a tiny ball pit with children being crushed, soaking floor with kids slipping and banging their heads, not enough seating and benches collapsing with people sat on them. Glass doors wide open onto a skyline terrace with snow/ice with no signs of staff stopping children from running in and out. Mayhem. I didn't hear 1 person saying anything good about the event, just lots of parents looking terrified. Lots of people left early, as did we. It was such a shame as we were really looking forward to this party. The Shankly staff did their best to try and organise the nightmare but unfortunately it was an outside provider hiring the space.

Terrible, no seating, poorly managed, soft play area had to be taken as dangerous, nowhere to sit so couldn't order food , felt greed took over rather than having a good experience spent £50 to stay an hour absolute joke

Awful. 25 minutes waiting for the lift to get up to the 6th floor as lots of people had prams, chaos inside, oversold, fold up picnic benches that could barely hold the weight of the children, not enough seats so scared to get up in case someone tried to take the table! No baby changing facilities in the toilets. Food was expensive and poor quality. Absolutely no organisation, itinerary, nothing. Just a few plastic balls and ride-ons scattered around. Basically paid £45 to sit in a room with Christmas songs on, left after an hour

Got there at 1pm left at 2 10pm.
Not enough tables & chairs for the amount of people they had sold tickets too .
Bought meals & drinks asked where shall we sit to eat
got told they dont know .
Organised chaos was not the word.
Wont be going again in a hurry.

I think the idea behind it was great but the reality is chaos, it was not organised very well at all, there were not enough seats, the kids where running around because there was no activities planned out and there was no drink or snacks included in the ticket price which I at least thought the kids would get a drink and snack. Then they had the doors open to the outside for people to go outside so kids where outside playing with the snow then the kids got shouted at because it was getting slippy inside. I understand that's a safety issue but don't have the doors open in the first place. overall I wouldn't recommend this event as it was chaotic and for the price you don't really do much or get much.

Absolute shambles. No organisation. Not enough things for the children. Things missing from advertisement.
I have never anywhere so poorly planned or with such disgusting amenities for a children's christmas party. One small ball pit that could fit maybe 5 children in squashed with 15 in. 3 small push bikes... Two face painters over two hour wait to get painted... Disgusting for the price charging.
