This was the worst party ever been. From the 3 hours only the first hour was kind of fun activities with the elfs. Then break and removing all toys....so kids just wondering around. Then 2 princesess appeared and singing baby shark songs when it was advertised not suitable for children below 2 but this show was for a 2 year old. You could see the room getting empty after 1 hour and we also left at 3pm after waiting for some Christmas themed activities as it wasn't fun at all. Instead of princesses should have santa claus, reminders more elfs, more activities and Christmas songs. It wasn't worth the price at all and I wouldn't suggest anyone to attend, it was just waste of money.

Worts party I have ever experienced in my whole life . What a complete shambles of an event. No organisation, not enough seat and tables for everyone, 2half hours the kids waited in a cue for a simple rubbish bit of face paint. I will not ever book or recommend this event to anyone. Shame on the shankley for this disaster

The event was very poorly organised. There we’re only 2 face painters for over 200 children which caused parents to become abusive to the staff. There was no snow machine as described. No Father Christmas at a Christmas party? The tiniest soft play ever which younger children didn’t get a look in as older children were being too rough. The food was very overpriced and chips tasted like they had a full tub of salt on. Hardly any seating, people were having to sit on The floor to eat their meals. I would not recommend the event and will be asking for a refund.

This event sounded a lot better than it actually was. It was way over sold. After an hour once a lot of people were fed up cos it was just too chokka then it was a lot more bearable. Had the feeling that it was organised by a bunch of students that had an idea but no idea what they were doing. We booked because it was in the shankly hotel so figured it would be as spectacular as the hotel but it was way off the mark.

Long queue for lift as majority of people had prams. Limited seating (benches). 2 hour wait for face painting as only 2 young girls were doing it. Very little entertainment for young children which resulted in kids becoming bored so behaving boisterous. Not sure what the ticket price was actually for? No food or drink included. Could order poor quality food. The whole event was chaotic. Surprising for a venue like the Shankly Hotel.

Absolute s**t show no organisation nonwere for parents to sit my daughter sat on an bench and it collapse and she hurt her leg not 1 member of staff was bothered by this. Not a kids party was just a hall playing music I want a refund for my tickets

We had an awesome night out with the girls. It was a fun experience and we laughed so much. The cast did a fantastic job and if you are going you really won’t be disappointed.
Just join in , play along and have a very Merry Jingle Ball.

Awful, poorly run children left to own devices
One child slid as doors left unattended and went outside in the ice
Bouncy castle could only fit at least 5 children yet there were children forcing their way into it and leaving younger children hurt and crying we will be complaining to the event handler
