More security is needed inside and outside the barriers to prevent Que jumping and door rushing as lots of people that had been waiting patiently in the Que for more than 1 hour was unable to enter the festival in some case some revellers decided to go home knowing that they had purchased a ticket to go to the festival really disappointed with the lack of security to keep revellers safe

My friend and I got caught up a trampled on in a stampede due to poor security, so we left feeling shaken, and unsafe and would like a refund. We paid 85.00 for VIP tickets plus shuttle for a terrifying experience

We qâd for over 40 minutes before the crowd became uncontrollable which resulted in the doors being closed and we were unable to get in. I am so disappointed by this experience. I traveled over 2hrs to get to the venue and was unable to get in. How do I get a refund?

I never went (not on purpose) just coz still at 44 years old I still canât b trusted to save my drugs the night b4 been in a **t hole for a day & half & couldnât make it ð©ð¥´

We are a party of four girls that travelled down from Leeds for the festival and had to leave without even entering.
We are in total shock as this was not safe.
We arrived at 4.45 and joined the queue but there was a massive stampede where the huge crowd rushed the barriers and ran straight in. There was no security around at all and we were actually terrified of being crushed and shocked at the total lack of control.
We had to flee the area at 5.45 and met many other people who had also turned around.
This is just unacceptable as we had paid for a hotel and train tickets and were looking forward to this event for months.
