Review of 51st Festival 2023
51st state festival is the best London festival Iâve ever attended. From the line up to the crowd and the management team who put this together everything was point. Even torrential rain couldnât stop us. As one of the DJs who plays and attended the event I can honestly say I couldnât be prouder of the whole team and DJs involved
I had some friends who attended for the first time and they loved it and said they canât wait to come next year
Thank you for best festival.
51st we love you and will continue to love you every year

Review of 51st Festival 2023
Queue management disgraceful. Paid for vip, entry queues massive and vip area overrun toilets nowhere near vip quality. Drinks and good selection and prices need working on. Weather was well publicised so organisers should have taken precautions, hay, sand or something to protect the field. Event signage and festival signage no existent

Review of 51st Festival 2023
Only grumble Lacking disability access and people seems to be still setting up at 3pm⦠Major issue with entry and exit as security guards had to deal groups or
people arriving late.
Just seemed to be a
Lack of communication from staff team.

Review of 51st Festival 2023
The main gripe this year was having to stand in VIP queue in the pouring rain for 40 minutes as they were late opening. Then having to wait a further 10/15 minutes as one of the tickets did not scan as the guy wasnât doing it properly and he was going to refuse me entry. Not good! Then at the end of the evening it was a mission to find out where to get the shuttle bus and when we did find out where to get it (as no signs) the shuttle bus was late picking people up. Meaning we had to take public transport to catch the train. Music was tremendous despite the rain. Wouldnât put me off but could be a bit better sign posted and organised.

Review of 51st Festival 2023
Mess at the entrance made me feel unsafe as people were running and pushing me bot even noticing that there are other alive human beings in front of them. Wasted 3.5hours in the uncontrolled queue full of animals rather than people, which have not been checked neither tickets nor weapons wise. Spoiled evening, the most unorganised event - I left without entering the venue after I was smashed against people for third or forth time as well as the metal fence. You have to refund my 5th release ticket in full.

Review of 51st Festival 2023
Sound in Back to 95 was problematic. Couldnât clearly hear the MCs except for right in front of stage and tracks sounded like Walkman headphones from â95! Security didnât manage the lines well at all at the queue to enter. They werenât doing a thorough job. Too much w**d in the venue. Annoying. People rushing the queue. Annoying. Food served at Caribbean Jerk wasnât hot. Other than that it was good. Vibes good. Rampage state was excellent.

Review of 51st Festival 2023
After travelling from Preston Lancashire. My train got delayed. So I only got to the venue at 6pm.Spending £100 on my train ticket, and £100 on tickets.Only to be told that they are not letting anyone in the venue after 6pm.That was not stipulated when buying my tickets. It was utter madness there anyway with fed up security overrun. And to top it off it was a mud bath.Everyone new it was going to run weeks ago.Precaution should of been taken for that.Very disappointing with the whole situation.Dean D.
