The queueing to get in to the venue was absolutely unacceptable. Worst event I've been to in all my life. It took around 2 hours to enter the venue after being held like cattle outside in the cold because the security checks were too slow. They took advantage of the paying customers and I saw people leaving because it was so bad.
In any other walk of life, a refund would be issued as an apology however I know that will never happen. Ruined the whole night and we missed the acts that we wanted to see.
Would never return to this venue.
It also made no business sense, all those paying customers sat outside instead of buying drinks? Drumsheds has been open for a while now so there was no excuse. It was an absolute scam and abuse of power.

Had to queue 2h to get in, queue for absolutely everything even getting out of the venue. Took 2h to get home. Music was good but the venue organisation an absolute disgrace.

We had to wait for over an hour in the cold to get into the venue, even though we had early tick*ts. It was very cold inside and hated that the toilets were outside. In the cold. Again. Also, the sound quality was pretty poor, I could barely hear the bass at the Pendulum concert

Queueing for 2 hours to get in gave a really bad taste to the start of the night. Beginning of the night was okay with everyone spread across the different rooms but it soon became borderline dangerous with everyone trying to get in/out of the same room. I frequently felt squeezed by the crowd, it felt like we were constantly close to an accident being caused. Everyone was trying to get in the same room for pendulum and knife party, ended up queuing again to get into the final room, a security officer told me they were allowing entrance on a 1 in 1 out basis which tells me they massively oversold the venue. If you can't fit everyone in to the headline acts don't sell that many tick*ts. So poorly organised I'll never come back again. Sound system was okay but lacking in depth.

I have been to many venues for DnB parties in the past 10 years. It was the worst one. More than 1 hour waiting in the queue isn't possible... And yet it is what happened. It was my first venue in London, was so hyped to come to Drumshed but this ruined the experience. Big venues are starting to overfill.
Nevertheless, to finish in a positive note, the place is very impressive and theine up was sooo good (thumbs up for Imanu/Caracal/Bunshinn and Mefjus B2B SPY)

Queued for 2 hours to get in. Missed most of what we wanted to see. Then wanted to get into X room for pendulum and they wernt letting people in! Over sold tick*ts so people couldn't even see the main act of the evening it's not fair. Queue to get out and home to add on top

Drumsheds is a terribly managed venue, and the event was very overcrowded. Spent over 2h queuing to get in, and we didn't arrive very late, missed 2 acts we wanted to see, and when inside you spend half your time queuing more. You queue for lockers, to go up stairs, to do go downstairs, to enter different rooms, to go to the toilet, at the bar, to leave (which took another 40min to just leave the premises). Music was good, great line up, but I expected better sound quality and lighting from a 'superclub'.
We won't be going back to Drumsheds without significant changes to the venue. I hope we can find other venues for great line ups like these.

Please make signage and instructions more clear. There was scant instructions about Drumsheds Plus which meant I was ushered into the wrong queue and I wasn't given the wristband... again very scant instructions about obtaining this. No clear instructions about the section with the dogs so we were yelled at agressively for walking forward to enter the venue when there wasn't anyone telling we had to stop for this process. Very disorganised, stressful and chaotic.

Drumsheds venue was UNSAFE! I will never go to Drumsheds again. Got there at 8.45pm. Had to wait 2 hours in a queue to get in after tick*t scanning. We were corralled in like animals. Fences all around so it was very unsafe. The crowd surged at times and there was a real risk of being crushed. People were urinating behind me as there was no where to go. Once in the venue they randomly changed the entrance doors to the main room causing confusion and another crowd surge. It was very dangerous. I've been raving for 30 years and this was the worst organised and was very unsafe. Do not go to Drumsheds as you will spend all your time queuing, you won't see the acts you've paid money for, you will get separated from your friends as you will get lost when they change the entrance and you may get hurt. AVOID DRUMSHEDS!
