Review of Drumsheds
Drumsheds? More like cowsheds the way we were stuck like cattle waiting for slaughter. Spent more time in the queue than in the venue. No water, no toilets - for over a hour and a half - several people were urinating in the queue. Awful security - who we saw screaming in people’s faces. No ID’s were checked, so safety clearly wasn’t an issue. Terrible layout of one way systems - which meant more queues. Left early so we didn’t have to queue again to get home. Sound system okay at best. Been to UKF events for over 11 years and this is the worst managed. Would have rather spent my time walking around the Tesco next door.

Review of Drumsheds
Queues were horrendous, unorganised and chaotic. Took 2.5 hours just to get in. Too many people trying to get in through one entrance. Security seemed like they were just out to cause trouble. First and last time ever attempting to attended a ukf event at drumsheds, never again. Ukf and drumsheds need to be held responsible for the s**t show that they called 15 years of UKF.

Two hours q to get into the venue, then when in the venue they made it so you had to do a full lap to go to the toilet and back to the rooms - layout is chaos for sober Nevermind those intoxicated.
The acts were great but the venue was a shambles and the staff didnât seem to have a clue what was going on either. Asked two diff sec guards for directions and was greeted with shrugsâ¦.ok like u work here, help

Review of Drumsheds
Worst experience at Drumsheds. Venue needs a rethink, cos last night was crowd crush danger levels. Security/staff looked completely out of control/unprepared. Friend appropriately called the main foyer a warzone.

Drumsheds seemed a little overwheled by so many people.
Sadly the timetable was a bit meh. I didn't like Knifeparty, but wanted to stay till 3 so there was nothing left to do.
If the event were to go till the first trains are running again it would be really great.

I'm 40 years old & have been going to events including festivals for decades now. Many such as this, flying for several hours out of the country to attend. I've never experienced such a chaotic situation that's lasted as long as yesterday's event. waiting in a queue for nearly 2 hours really drained a lot of enthusiasm for a lot of people. I flew to London from Minneapolis & arrived at the venue with a drumsheds plus ticket at 18:30. I'm having a difficult time understanding why finally getting in to see Joker & Coki provided me the last 10 mins of viewing their set at 20:00. there was no priority queue available to us to enter the venue early from the exterior.
I'm sure organizers & staff worked their buttons off. unfortunately this venue may not be a good place to host shows of this caliber. I did find staff to be friendly. some were helpful, but many weren't prepared to answer questions. I don't blame them. Thank you for making this possible, but please take some time to really figure out the correct course of action moving forward. I wish you the best so that you all prosper in your goals. return stronger & more prepared. Thank you for all you do. I'm sure your hearts were in the right place. I sincerely mean that. - Aaron Graves

Worst managed event Iâve ever attended. 2 hours to get through the doors in the freezing rain. No management. Missed everyone we wanted to see and they ran out of alcohol. Unhelpful staff and weird, uncomfortable energy

Review of 15 Years of UKF presents Pendulum LIVE
It felt like it was poorly organised. It took way too long to get into venue 1 hour 30 from taxi drop off. loads of people that said they had been there before and were in really quick before. I donât think we encountered a single polite member of staff. I got shoved by a bouncer at one point rather than being asked to avoid an area where someone had been sick. The toilets were way too far away from the dance rooms. At one point we were told we could not exit the X room when we were desperate for the toilet. Then when we got to another exit closer to the stage a woman refused to open the barriers then asked if we had a wrist band we said no she said we wouldnât be allowed back in we just wanted to get to the loo she finally let us out shoved us through and said get the f**k out of the way. At this point feeling very let down and quite frankly ripped off we decided to just got back to our hotel after only seeing 15 mins of pendulum. I am not a person who would usually complain and just suck it up but this whole experience has left me very disappointed we traveled up from Somerset spent a fortune on travel and hotels and paid £55 per ticket to be shoved around like cattle, told we canât go to the loo and swore at for no reason

Review of 15 Years of UKF presents Pendulum LIVE
UKF and the artists are amazing, but Drumsheds is abysmal. This was probably the worst organised event I've ever been to and it is entirely on Drumsheds - I've been to numerous similar warehouse venues in the North and all of them run seamlessly with capacities between 8-10k, so there is no excuse for what we experienced today. Event was completely oversold, we queued for 2+ hours to get in (despite getting there nearly an hour before last entry) with no communication on what was happening. Saw security assault someone who did nothing wrong - the security then continued to be aggressive afterwards, completely disrespectful and appalling behaviour. Crowds in the area between rooms was crowd crush levels, and we were misdirected on where to go and sent back and forth by multiple security staff - meaning we were stuck in it for 20 mins battling back and forth. Bars shut midway through Pendulum's set, meaning that when my friend nearly passed out from the heat in X room, I had no way to get him water at all - I couldn't even get a cup from the bar for the water station which is just appalling. We ended up having to leave to the point that we couldn't get back in to get a cup and some water for him, so basically entirely missed Knife Party. Staff could not care less, bar two nice women behind the bar who were very apologetic - which really says something since it wasn't their fault at all. Transport was also a nightmare, so we gave up and walked to the Premier Inn up the road to get a taxi from there instead. All of this means we paid £54 plus fees each to see *just two acts* because of the absolute unmitigated disaster of an event put on by Drumsheds. You could not pay me enough to come back here.

Honestly the worst run venue Iâve ever been to, £37 for the ticket and spent two hours of the event in the queue to get in, flying abroad is less hassle.. drinks prices insane, piss poor organisation, useless staff and the acts werenât even good, if I could get a refund I would in a heartbeat, came all the way from south Devon to London and paid hundreds of pounds for one of the worst nights of my life.

Most of the music was decent, could have done with a little bit more of the artists playing their own tracks but I understand mixing it up. The night was massively degraded by the absolute age it took to get anywhere due to queuing. I arrived at 9pm and got in at 10:30, no exaggeration. 1.5 hours to get in, I missed an entire act I wanted to see and my friends who arrived later did too. then when it was time to see pendulum, I arrived at the room 15 minutes early but nobody could get into the room as it was at capacity, I missed 30 minutes of pendulum. even leaving 30 minutes before the end of knife party, it took 45 minutes to leave.
I literally spent as much time queueing as I did watching the artists. its a shame because its a cool venue other than this major major problem. they took crowd control seriously but the crowd still funnelled through a few places and were antsy. I don't think ill be returning.

Everything was great with the exception of the queues to get into the venue. it took nearly 1.5hrs to queue to get into thr venue which on previous visits has taken maybe 10 minutes at most. no toilets in the queue except by the entrance so the queuing procedure seemed very poorly planned for a sold out event.

Awful queuing took 2 hours to get in and started queuing and 19:30, security attacked me randomly for no reason. Donât pay my money to get abused and wait half the time
