Review of Gwenifer Raymond (limited capacity)
First gig we have been to in months, of course, and we were looking forward to it. Our expectations were not disappointed. Both Gwenifer and the guy who opened the show were superb, the sound was very good too. Obviously with the restrictions in place it made for a more subdued atmosphere, but it was nice to be seated, and to have table service from the bar, and not too many people milling about. My only small gripe was the noise of the fridges from the bar seemed quite loud, as compared to the quieter moments in the opening act. I guess that can't be helped, and it didn't detract too much. The staff were all very good too. Definitely glad we went.

Review of Gwenifer Raymond (limited capacity)
Excellent gig. Travelled down from Northumberland and it was well worth the effort. Guitar playing at it's best and you can tell the influence of John Fahey, a joy to to the ear. Make sure you travel north over the coming months/years Gwenifer and spread your powerful sound.
Thanks to all for a brilliant evening.

Review of Los Amigos Invisibles
Great evening seeing this fantastic band. Venue was lovely. Ideally situated and a nice sized room so as to be able to get up close if you so wished. Would recommend anyone towards both band and venue. 🙂

Review of Los Amigos Invisibles
As a long-term fan of Los Amigos Invisibles, this concert didn't disappoint with regards to music. Los Amigos presented an excellent selection of their new and old hits which made everyone have at least one moment of true delight (in my case, more than one!!). When they sang Cuchi-cuchi and En Cuatro everyone went crazy!! I think people couldn't even use their mobile phones to film because they were jumping so hard during those two songs. Also Mi Vecina got many cheers. I missed some of their cheekier hits such as Super-*****er which I think encapsulate how Los Amigos can get away with being un-PC whilst sounding almost elegant (particularly for those who are more interested in dancing than on listening to the lyrics)! My only complaint was with the time they started and finished. For a concert that is advertised to start at 7 pm it is unacceptable that the main act comes at 9 pm and finishes at almost 11 pm since we know people are coming from outside of London to watch Los Amigos. We had to leave 10 minutes before the concert ended in order to ensure that we could catch the tube and then the train to go back to Brighton. Having to miss some of the concert due to this timing issue is not fair to the fans. Being told about these timing issues as were were queuing to get into the venue was not ideal either. One way to resolve this is to be VERY clear in your website about when do you expect the main band to start playing and when do you expect them to finish so people can plan accordingly (I would have planned to stay in London had I known about this!) and have a thoroughly enjoyable, perfect experience!
