Outstanding night at an amazing venue. People moaning about being at a seated rave need to understand that it’s easy to dance in the aisles with the seats flipped back. Thanks Andy C and Tonn Piper for a fantastic night. When you’re next at the O2, I’ll be there!

Please make sure in future that the tickets you issue are valid. The ones you issued me weren't and I had to waste time queueing to get a physical ticket and ended up missing the start of the gig - not impressed.

One of the best raves I've done. There was an issue with the skiddle tickets though. They wouldn't scan therefore resulting into me having to go find the box office and getting the ticket printed. Therefore having to queue all over again!

Artist was really good, as was the music.
Regarding the venue, there was confusion when everyone was trying to get in. The Skiddle app tickets werenât accepted which caused everyone to have to go to the ticket office and created large queues prior to the event beginning.

O2 arena was not equipped for this event. We queued for over an hour to then be told the Skiddle tickets don’t scan and we have to go to the box office to change them. Then had to queue half hour at the box office then over an hour again to get back in. We missed most of the event due to the incompetence of the o2 arena. All staff were rude and not helpful you was just told tuff and too clear off. I want a full refund. It was a terrible experience

Badly organised entry process meant we didn’t catch the start of the gig despite arriving early to get in.
Bar staff incredibly slow. Security unsure when asked questions and seemingly unfamiliar with venue.
Music however was incredible despite a shortened set due to delays on entry for most ticket holders in standing area. Would see Andy C anywhere, but wouldn’t visit again at the O2 even if it was a free ticket.
