The organisation of this event was extremely poor. It was not made clear that you had to print your ticket out which wasted a lot of time and a lot of staff members were being rude. People were being told they could walk through once they printed their ticket and then had to queue for hours. On the plus side, Andy C was absolutely fantastic what a legend!

Skiddle were terrible why would you not tell us we have to go box office to pick up a ticket u have sent the bar code of .. we got to the venue early and quede only to have to go back and waste so much time

The O2 staff were terrible and excess queuing well in to the set time. Couldn’t use Skiddle tickets and was told to go box office but only once we had queued for 20 mins and came back to queue for an hour again with o2 app tickets.
