Review of Amor Boat party Ibiza Classics and Reunion - Summer of Love
AVOID THIS!! IT’S A SCAM!!
We have booked the boat for a birthday party for big group of people with paying extra for VIP table. But on the same day the boat party was cancelled. It was so unprofessional.
BUT that’s not it. Nobody ever called us back to arrange a refund or AT LEAST apologies. It’s a scam, we still didn’t get our £300 back.
Avoid it! It’s a BIG SCAM!

Review of Space Meets Amor - Summer of Love Ibiza Classics Boat Party
Turned up for the event Saturday 29th September and no one was there.
We traveled to London and booked the hotel especially for the event.
A prior email letting us know would have been the decent thing to do.

Review of Amor London Sunset Cruise Boat party and after-party at Lightbox
The whole experience was poor to be honest. Not one person and there were a few members of staff for the River Cruise in red t.shirts knew about the Amor cruise or when it was leaving or where from?? So a very stressful start to the evening that we had planned as we were worried we would miss it or at the wrong venue. Another couple of women were the same and stood with us two, one of them had manage to contact John the organiser who stated someone would arrive at 7.45pm, why isn't there a member of staff with a board or sign so people know what to do, it was very stressful. The boat only left at 8.30pm not 8pm as stated and there was NO outdoor open area as described it was covered over!!..so again disappointing as we were led to believe we could sit, stand or dance on the top deck!!...so a very tiny area at the front was the only open area, clearly for a night cruise of the Thames you would want to be outside!!!...all the smokers were crammed into this space blowing smoke in your face, they had no choice and were apologetic!....there were only TWO bar staff on serving I had to wait nearly 20 mins for two drinks so missed a lot of the cruise & sights, why only TWO staff for the amount of people on the boat???....we never used a toilet so no idea about them but on disembarking was told to go to Lightbox for the after party, no idea were it was!!...no one offered to take us here or we could follow other people so as we weren't from London had no idea were to go so a waste of the free after party entrance to Lightbox also!!...overall it was chaos and I spoke to Charles one of the organisers he wasn't remotely interested so poor customer care also!!....Can you advise how I apply for a refund please as I wasn't happy with most of the event/cruise it was poorly organised and for a special birthday that didn't go as planned.
