Dirty venue, not even a third of the size it was made out to be. Pretty dead, tickets say after party at EGG, but it was light box, and we still had to pay to get it. No range of c**ktails or beers that where advertised. In the events leading up to trying to contact anyone about vital information, like what dock, was impossible, nearly missed the boat.

Not well organised! The boat was 45 mins late getting to the dock (ironically despite the organisers telling all customers to be on time!). However we never got an update or an apology never mind a complimentary drink etc.

It's a party, not sight seeing cruise. This was made clear in advance.

Good mix of people all out for some fun.

The club we were taken to after is fairly close by and decent, but most of the customers are fellow passengers (for better or worse).

Party was 3 hours rather then 4. Boat and venue was late. Staff very unfriendly. Waiting for drinks approximately 20min

At first there was no sign whatsoever indicating which boat the alert was on, that made roads of people just rushing around everywhere not knowing where to go.
The indoor venues can do with slighly better ventilation as do the toilets which are way to stuffy.
