Would hardly call it bottomless pizza and drinks when we had 4 small pizzas between 13. Had to keep going to the bar to get drinks as we were being ignored

The staff were not quick to refill drinks, when you have 90 minutes of free drinks at a 3 hour event you expect to take full advantage of it.

We attended this brunch for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The organisers were amazing at accommodating our large party. The music and atmosphere was brilliant!
Unfortunately I would say that the initial wait for drinks was pretty poor and many of us had to go and look for someone to refill our glasses but we were later told that they were a few staff members down.
I was not entirely impressed that we had to wait over 50 minutes for a gluten free pizza to be delivered to our table and it took 3 times of asking before it eventually arrived! The second one came very quickly though.
I felt that as we paid nearly £40 for the experience the initial service and wait for pizza really let it down but the atmosphere and music was a big hit with the varied age ranges that we had with us.

We had a great time at the event, the hosts were friendly & attentive, the music was "get up & dance", the pizzas & the drinks were really good. The venue looks cool though was cold when we arrived but once the heating kicked in it got hot. The event we attended was lacking in guests so was difficult to have a great atmosphere but those that were there all seemed to be enjoying themselves

Sadly as it was January so wasn’t very busy which does affect the atmosphere.
Also I think crisps and cold nibbles would be a nice on the table rather than waiting for 3 small pizzas to arrive one by one and between 5 people. pizzas were tasty though
Venue was very cold

I was spiked ! My friend took me to a local hotel where I was very ill .
The venue was not very busy (hence why I was probably less vigilant of my drink)
No brownies were included in the brunch. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

Great night out at Ballin for NYE, great selection of music for everyone and the drink prices were quite acceptable.

Security was good, the area was very safe and it was enjoyable night up until closure!
