Tricked into thinking we got a free 2 stein glass of beer As part of the tick*t price. Just got an empty plastic glass. Cheap as chips decorations from the pound shop. Bouncers telling you not to dance and sit down. But of a let down.

Paid £22 to be seated upstairs away from the entertainment. Only 1 german beer on. Not really oktoberfest at all. And not sure what we actually paid for??? Poor

Poor. Drinks poor, 40 minutes queuing to be served for a drink. It was a mess from start to finish. We booked for the Saturday and it was changed to Friday. We booked for 8 people, it was changed to 6.

No German food - was told it was sold out by 8pm when the event started at 7:30pm although I didn’t see anyone with the German food at the event and I got there when the event started), the host on stage was getting people to vote who was the biggest ‘t**t’ in their group. Only red wrist bands were allowed up the flight of stairs going directly to the main area however if you didn’t have a red wrist band you had to go all the way around the mezzanine to get to the same spot. The Oompah band replayed the same three songs which were about a minute long. Had to buy stein glasses from some other bar to then bring them into the Oktoberfest area for the bar staff to fill up, and the food (which was no where to be found) was served outside the venue - neither of these made any sense. Why would I have to buy tickets for an event in a specific area of the venue to then leave that area and have to get it myself? The tables in the area didn’t even have QR codes to order food from, but the non-Oktoberfest tables did! There was nothing German about this tacky, poorly ran, overpriced and embarrassing event. To top it off, they were serving ‘Dortmunder’ lager out of a Camden Hills draught tap… not surprised. Utter garbage. I want my money back.

Such a fun event. Would of be better if there was more singing from the whitney act but other than that can't fault the experience. Fantastic venue !

Really good fun. You had to queue for prosecco but to be fair they managed the queue well and it didn't take long to get drinks
