Had to queue each time wanted a refill and queue was big, no food includes £33
Entertainer three big balls into crowd which smashed drinks causing cuts to members of our party and lost drinks.
Booked 10 people on one booking but because tables were for 6 people -4 didn't have a table so had to sort it out ourselves and swap with another party
Wouldn't do the brunch again

This event was far too expensive when all you get is cheap Prosecco in a cheap glass with no food included. spending all your time in a queue to get another drink was ridiculous. We left early, as a lot of people did. Awful event.

The actual event itself was brilliant, however to advertise as a brunch when there is no food included is a rip off. Also the organisation of the bottomless was ridiculous! Spent the whole time in the queue to get a drink we had already paid for and lots of it was warm. Would have been better if you gave everyone with a ticket a bottle to drink at their leisure, at the table with their friends.
