It was fun and had a really good view. 3 screens at front. Thought price a bit steep though, more expensive that our usual family cinema trip! Something different to do and sing-a- long at beginning and end fun.

Great event - everyone we encountered was friendly and in character despite the cold, the singalong was great and the venue took into account social distancing with the car parking and lines for food. Would go again!

Great event to do with family especially when we couldn’t go to the cinema. Was great fun and done really well. Very well organised. Would definitely do again even when the cinemas are open again!

Was good but would be better if the food places was open all the way throughout the film cos we all wanted drinks but they was shut but was amazing

We all had a great time, kids loved the elves the atmosphere was great
The only thing I could complain about is the pot holes as we entered other than that fabulous and we will definitely go again

We enjoyed the film and the atmosphere created by the staff members. I felt the overall effort surrounding the entrance was half and half. The bollards were scruffy but the areas with Santa or elves were good. The portaloos had no running water which isn’t great when you calculate the amount the venue are making per evening. Overall we enjoyed it but didn’t think it was good value for money.

We really enjoyed our visit especially the crepes and donuts from the food vendors! Absolutely brilliant, will definitely recommend and will return for another event
