Friends recommended this event and what they experienced was nothing compared to what we watched. No show at the beginning? No characters around? No grinch? myself and my family was very disappointed.

Very difficult to see the movie as we were parked in the corner at a angle. I was hoping the staff would be there to scare us however they looked like they were short staffed. I only saw like 3 staff there only. I wouldn’t really recommend this to anyone.

We only saw one elf as entertainment but a few minutes throughout whole visit, cost £12'for two fries and a c**e, mot impressed

We was wishing to see more live actors. And during the movie was annoying when parents was letting kids to play with horns. Everything else was nice and welcoming.

Just terrible. On top of everything else the audio for the movie is via radio and my radio couldn't pick up a clear signal. We were stuck there listening to a musical barely able to hear a thing but noisy static.
