A group of us had paid for tickets for impossible Saturdays. We waited in the rain for a long time. Got to the front of the queue and the bouncers said it was at full capacity after waiting 45+ minutes in the cold. We all had tickets and been in the queue from 12am. We were disrespectfully spoken to by the bouncers and told to â??go get a refund thenâ?. I am disappointed in the money and time spent. Many of our group had travelled from London and also had their money wasted. Will not be recommending and will certainly be chasing a refund plus compensation for the horrendous unprofessional service.
