Review of England vs Wales
Shambles.
We were promised the room in the pictures, after booking a hospitality table for 12. On the day before the event we were told they are taking on another group of ticket holders from another fan park and our tickets were demoted to regular seats. Clearly they found out more money could be made and us that bought tickets originally were brushed aside.
When we got there, we were not in the venue that was advertised. We were placed in another small, cold, empty warehouse and was not allowed access to the main room. Because of this we could not get access to anything that was advertised. No food. No pre match events. No table service. In fact, we ended up on a shared table with anyone just sitting anywhere.
Coming home starving was not an ideal end to the night. NOTHING was as advertised and the event staff could not give a damn either. Joke

Far too cold - left huge shutter open all night, could have been warmer just by shutting it. too much for a luke warm pie n pint and a celeb no ones heard of. better knocking celeb on head and bringing cost down. Not many there (not your fault) so would have been best putting VIP in with normal ticket shed but down front

I previously loved this event, for the England vs Iran game. However, removing the tables from the venue made absolutely no sense. The venue is far too big for everyone to be standing. Sitting made it better atmosphere and made the venue seem more full.

the venue its self was good and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, there just wasnt enough staff and queues at the bar were taking nearly an hour to get served. Food was just a cold pasty.

Very poorly organised. We paid for 6 x VIP tickets - which was meant to include 6 x free drinks plus table service - but only received 4 x free drinks and there was no table service available because the venue didn’t have enough staff.

Great selection of beers and a great venue to watch a game if you want more of a party atmosphere. It was very rowdy with it being a Friday night and a lot of drunk groups - good laugh if that’s what you want!
For me however, there was no build up to the game showed until the national Anthems plus one or the big screens kept going down. Awful outdoor bathroom facilities (portaloos and lots of mud - less than ideal for the girls). Food was incredibly expensive for what you received and finally, Joleon Lescott was absolutely not a host of the event, said 2 words and that was that. Not great value.

Paid for VIP and spent the whole of the first half trying to get a drink from the 1 bar and the card machine stopped working so some people couldn’t even buy a drink after queuing for an hour. I wish I went to Wetherspoons instead of spending £32 on this rubbish.

Dire. The bar queue didn't move all night. Staff were unbelievably slow despite only 2/3 options in stock. "Card and cash(?) not working" throughout the night. No attempt at any heating in the venue. About 5 minutes of music between the game and "entertainment" with the the guests microphone not working at any point throughout. 9 toilets including urinals for the entire crowd which you have to battle to without any lighting. Security kicked people out about half 9 despite the event being sold as finishing at 11. "Prizes" for the betting pool being pushed throughout didn't get awarded. Food mislabelled and freezing. £30 for "VIP" but got served faster coming out, walking to the general sale venue and coming back in.

Great atmosphere due to the people good view of big screen but tiny bar so spent 1hr hour queuing and was there way before it started in ‘VIP’ pie was cold. The drink situation really ruined it barely anyone had a drink half of the time need a bigger bar and more staff.
