The queue for the bar was ridiculous and ruined the start of the evening. The same music was played, there was several messages on the screens throughout the match, in a venue that is dominated by men there should be a women’s only toilet available.

really good atmosphere and good venue, great food and well organised. would have been good to have a few more football themed songs like hey Carolina, it's blue, etc but great night, well done

should have more bar staff as the wait for drinks took a very long time.
Plus you should tell people about the £5 deposits for pitchers as we weren't told and didn't take them back for the £5 we would have got for them. someone that we were talking to told us near the end of the night.

Joleon lescott wasn't even there didnt do a talk or present.., which was the main reason we bought tickers to this event.

Dreadful place. It’s in the middle of nowhere. 20 minute queue to get in. 30 minutes of queueing for a drink. Urinals we’re all overflowing so toilet area was all flooded with urine. Used sanitary products in a couple of the toilets but nobody cleaning. Nowhere to sit despite initial booking saying we’d be seated. £5.50 for a can of beer. I can’t put into words how much I would advise everyone to avoid this place. I want a refund.

Visited for the England v USA game and felt entirely ripped off for the VIP tickets.
The entry was a shambles, staff weee letting in already battered people and weren’t checking tickets properly.
The toilets were and abomination. Before the match has even started they were revolting. They were unisex and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a week!! Utterly disgusting!
The bar for the amount of people was ridiculously small and understaffed.
It was absolutely freezing cold - as were the half time pies!
The lighting and sound were poor, you could t see who was on the stage and hear what they were saying.
There was no match build up on the tv, even for a few minutes before kick off, same at half time, adverts and more ‘entertainment’.
Thankfully the atmosphere was great so it wasn’t all bad.
The money they are making from these events with the appalling under equipped facilities is utterly shocking. We were robbed.

A f**king shambles. Bar queues were a disgrace. VIP area was an abandoned warehouse round the back of a building site. The music and atmosphere were the only redeeming features. Definitely not worth the money. also the sound quality of the microphones was poor so couldn't hear what people were saying.

After attending 2 of the events in 2021 it’s safe to say this one wasn’t what we expected. We arrived for the time that the doors were opening (4pm) to find it was not open and actually opened around 4:30pm. When we got in the bar was not open until 5:10 and everything seemed really disorganised. Our whole group agreed that we would have been happy to attend an event outside like the ones in the Euros with table service regardless of what time of year it was. It just didn’t have the quality of the previous ones sadly!

The Love Factory really needs to get its act together. The toilets were portaloos outside in the rain which started out dirtier than ones at a festival after 3 days. How can a permanent venue justify not having any proper toilets? The food was from only 2 concessions and was over priced and very ordinary. This venue simply does not look as though it is actually finished and ready to cater for large audiences. This has put us off ever going to an event there again.
