Bouncers ruin this place

Some huge problems with the bouncers at sankeys, needs some investigating!

Incredible atmosphere as always! Great to see such a massive DJ in such an intimate venue. Far too crowded however, sold too many tickets although still had an amazing night! Thank you Sankeys!

dodgy security

Be careful, there's young lads working with certain bouncers trying to take wallets etc and if you don't hand it over to these lads you get thrown out without being searched and there's no way to get back in. Dodgy security watch out.

Ridiculous

As for this event, i will never be going to Sankeys again, i will no longer pay up to £25 to spend over 1hour in a queue outside, have the venue sell at least 500/600 overcapacity and no be able to move let alone attempt to get some fresh air. Sankeys is now 100% profit not 10% music.

If i was you buy a WHP ticket instead.

Amazing- BUT Sankeys stop charging me a bomb for a drink

decent night

Positives:
Great night, great music, sound people, amazing atmosphere. Sankeys is always spot on!

Negatives:
Having to queue for the smoking area that much though was kind of a piss take, seeing as there was loads of room in the smoking area for extra people, but they weren't letting anyone in. Also, £4.50 for bottles of Carlsberg/Alcapops and you had to spend at least £10 before you could buy anything on your card! I ended up spending so much money! (since I didn't bring any cash with me)

Conclusion:
worth every penny, Sankeys is one of my favorite clubs, the atmosphere, the vibe and the people - nothing tops it.
