Review of CHÂTEAU presents Dantevilles | Shimmer Trap | The Nix | + MORE
A fantastic night all raising money for meningitis now .
Although a small venue the sound was great and the Castle has a lively atmosphere - really enjoyed it .
As for the bands - really impressed . Glass Cabins played some great music , first time I've seen them and will be seeing more of them . The Nix are fantastic - lively and exciting to watch with a superb sound , The Shimmer Trap had a real psychedelic sound and Dantevilles did a great performance again really getting everyone involved . Some real talent to look out for in these 4 bands - brilliant night.

Review of When in Manchester Festival
Excellent day. Some fantastic bands and very friendly crowd. Gullivers really well set up and sound was excellent. Watched a couple of bands in Castle. Personally I thought it was a bit too small for this type of event and sound not as good. However, this was a very very small negative/feedback. Will definitely be going to the next one.

Review of When in Manchester Festival
You really did get your money's worth. A perfect small festival showcasing 15 of the best up and coming bands and artists. The first ever When in Manchester ran smoothly, with a friendly atmosphere among organisers, volunteers, artists and punters. Set times were fair as were the venue sizes, situated directly opposite eachother. Therefore it was extremely convenient to catch as many bands as desired, a feature that could be took on board by other city day festivals. No artists were left to play to a half empty room, while the availability of merchandise both generated well deserved support for the local bands and created a sense of community among live music enthusiasts. When in Manchester catered for everyone. With, crowds bands and artists of a varying age range traveling from all corners of the country, When in Manchester also ensured to provide a mix of Manchester based bands.
All in all an amazing day, onwards and upwards. With the success of When in Manchester 2016, I am excited to see what the future holds

Review of When in Manchester Festival
Organised so well, easy to collect wristbands , knew the times for all the bands and which venue, they all seemed to be bang on time give or take 10 mins, a massive credit to all involved in WIM. We all loved every band we watched but missed out on some due to the joint venues. Cant wait for WIM 2017 :)
