Absolutely deserted on new year's eve, don't know how they managed it. Disappointing.

bouncers were unnecessarily hostile, staff did not understand what a ticket was and tried to charge us again for entry. club was completely empty, evenno toilet roll in any of the bathroom stalls an hour into the night. don't know why such a high volume of aggressive bouncers was necessary for a completely dead club.

promoted to the wrong crowd. they were too young to know Loose ends and most people of a certain age that I knew never knew about the event so need to advertise better. Staff disorganised and wouldn't let you take a jacket downstairs- just ridiculous! Some door staff too aggressive unnecessarily

Not only was I sexualy abused to the extent of A male patron putting his fingers inside my vagina I was the humiliated by the bar staff which told me to “calm down” I was as then further distaght at the take away next door when a man approached me to antagonise the situation futher and was again belittled as a ‘woman’ for being to dramatic. A man sexually assaulted me in this venue and not one thing was done to rectify let alone comfort me in this situation. I was told to stop being so dramatic and asked to leave the venue. Not one person heard what I experienced. Not one person listened to my point of view. From my experience as a 26 year old woman this is a place where grown men prey on young woman at early hours of the morning when they are at thwre most vulnerable. There’s not a doubt in my mind That I’m not the first person son to experience this situation and will most probably not be the last. It makes me feel physically sick that this venue is an open place for sexual Harassment and abuse. I pray the council sees this and makes a change to avoid this situation occurring again. This situation has been visible for the past 9 years! The fact that something hasnt been done so far is I abysmal:

Fire alarm went off. Music stopped on one occasion. A glass was dropped on me and the staff did nothing to ensure I was ok or that it wouldn't happen again. The venue was filthy. The crowd were dressed overly casual.

Absolutely rubbish. Would not recommend anybody to come here, mentally scarred. Was there for less than 2mins and left.
