Waste of money. Because of the rain the ground was like a bog this event should have been reschedule because of the weather. On entry I could not even take a SEALED bottle of water in. Only stayed an hour as I was wet through !

Absolutely terrible. Paid for car parking - no car park?! And we weren't the only ones, no signage and no attendants. Paid for VIP - the toilets blocked the stage so you couldn't actually see the stage from the VIP section and only one toilet worked with no running water or hand sanitiser. The event should have been cancelled because the ground wasn't fit for purpose due to the weather. The VIP queue was longer than any other queue with the response of "well more people bought VIP tickets" - wouldn't this be limited in numbers? I never leave reviews but this was genuinely the most poorly organised event I have ever attended. Furthermore they advertised they'd be viewing the Euros final and then didn't?

Lookalike outdoor festivals MUST have encountered rain storms before. But the site was a muddy quagmire ankle deep in water a muddy sludge.
This is Northern England so why wasn't there a rainy contingency plan?
Why was the festival sited in a hollow dip in the ground. That part of Middlesbrough 's Albert park always floods in minimal rainfall.
Amateurish Festival Promoters!
I do not reccomend!

The event should have been cancelled, I am looking into how to get a refund?
Not even allowed to bring in water into the venue, and no water available even for children in the venue. Completely water logged and no view of the stage due to toilets.
VIP toilets not working, and no beer!
The weather can't be helped but the weather had been forecast and still nothing done to try and mitigate against this or cancel the event.

Ok it rained and that caused problems, but the organisers didn't seem very prepared for it. There was hardly anyone there and it was a mudbath with overflowing bins. The stage was quite small and the fencing quite close, so it would have been a real squeeze if all ticketholders attended. Everyone seemed a bit depressed, even the audience. The acts that we saw were good, but reducing the number of acts so the screen could show the football was a bad decision. People paid to come and see the acts.

Very badly organised. Line up and times weren't even shown. We left after the third act. Zero atmosphere, singers looked nothing like who they should be and sounded awful. People stood outside the venue who didn't have a ticket, getting the same view as we did.
Only one rubbish ride which wasn't even child friendly . Food ridiculously priced. Wish I hadn't paid for 5 of us to go.

Shocking weather spoilt the day. Could not see the stage for sound control tent. Food prices ridiculous and poor quality, drinks expensive but what you'd expect. Toilets not very nice. VIP area had a view of their Toilets which obscured the stage. Bought early bird tickets only to find it would have been cheaper on the day

I paid for 2 VIP tickets only for the VIP area having toilet blocks directly in view of the stage so nobody could not see the bands at all. Could only see people queuing for the loos. Said that there would be some seats for VIPs. There were 10 soggy deckchairs. No covered areas like last year. It was supposed to be 80,s music. Not at all. I could go on. I am applying for a refund like the majority of other VIPers

Poorly organised- little communication or incorrect information - advertised the England final on a screen, then cancelled that and didn't tell anyone - no food and drink allowed in, but hardly any food to buy- 'VIP' area was appalling, penned in with a toilets blocking the view of the stage. I will never attend an event by this company again.
