should of been cancelled was waterlogged everywhere where was health and safety couldnt see the stage nor hear the music shambles stayed an hour like most people

Total washout but the weather couldn't be helped. Paid for 10 VIP tickets including 5 children. VIP was NOT VIP, toilets were not working, no toilet paper or running water and were situated directly at the front of the viewing area, so we had to view from general area. Very disappointing. Only 3 food sellers in VIP area and expensive for a family event. We were not even allowed to bring our own water in.

Worst event I've ever been to. Made to wait over two hours for the gates to open. Event was supposed to start at 12 but gates didn't open till after 2 because the toilets hadn't arrived.
The VIP area was a joke and the toilet blocks were blocking the view to the stage. The drinks were a joke and didn't have half of what was advertised on the price list and were extortionately expensive, £68 for 6 drinks!!!
Would definitely not go to this event again

VIP was awful. Only 1 ladies toilet working. Toilet block actually blocked the view of the stage. No point being in vip area. Just as easy to get drink in other area. Only 3 food vendors and you were not allowed to bring in own food. Heavy rain caused flooding and event should have been cancelled. We stayed 1 hour and then left. There was also no shelter from the rain in the vip area. Feel strongly that we should be refunded.

The event should not have taken place, the park was waterlogged, the event was poorly organised and the vip area an absolute joke. I did not expect a portaloo obstructing my view to the stage. A very disappointing day had by all!!

Poor organisation. No response to emails before event - due to health conditions I need to carry my own food - spent ten minutes with security explaining the reasons / showing consultants letters before they allowed me to take it in. Ques for toilet streched accross whole site. Expensive and overpriced - would not recommend. Shame as many people attending had made a huge effort and it could off been so much better with proper planning / facilities.

Can't blame awful weather that left area inches deep in water but can blame them for placing the toilets in the VIP area in a position that meant you could not see the stage. Also lacked the Jaw dropping visuals mentioned in adverts and sound quality was poor at times

Whole venue was muddy, operation was a shambles, vendors had rip off prices for food and drink. Most acts did a handful of songs and there was longer intermissions than actual acts. Ended up leaving early. Should have been postponed due to weather

should have been postponed . they knew the field waa all flooded . The VIP area was like a cattle pen and toilets were blocking the view of the screen. Only 1 of the 3 ladies toilets were working and when someone used on when first there they were dirty and not cleaned from day before . Drink prices too expensive and limited choice in VIP section .
the set list was up but acta didn't appear in the order waited to watch 4th act Fleetwood mac and 6th act Oases came on .

The weather was a big contributors , but no effort to help make it better , the ground was swamped & lakes forming , straw had been put down to help , but not enough , some gazebos would of have helped! The VIP area was a joke ⦠the position of the toilets blocked the view of the stage . The food was vile , only 3 choices & all over priced .the main bar had better choice of drinks than the VIP , couldnât understand that !
Just a shame as we were really looking forward to it

unfortunately the weather was terrible, which spoilt the whole day AND the Euro 2024 game was on so there was nobody there to create a party atmosphere. The ground was absolutely soaking and it was not easy to walk safely without slipping. The food and drink prices were extortionate too - it was a tribute gig not the real thing!
