Only problem we had was my friend is in a wheelchair and had to go out the vip area to use the disabled toilets so missed a good 15 each time had to use the faculty otherwise spot on .

After entering the venue, and saw it was tokens only for the bar. We got £60 worth of tokens. We returned home with £20 worth of tokens as it took 45 minutes to get a drink. An absolute joke and no way of claiming the money back for the tokens. The support acts were decent , especially the dualers, but after they finished there was an hour with nobody on stage. Ub40 came on but were only on not even 50 mins. No encore as usual, Very disappointing!

The VIP area was rubbish there was not enough staff to serve for drinks and the system are going back out to get tickets to come back in was ridiculous

Absolutely love The Dualers and Ali and Astro UB40.
Unfortunately the venue was a absolute rip off
Having bought VIP tickets and expecting something special it was very much the opposite.
The VIP area was swamped with ppl in there with no VIP wrist bands who had just parted the waist height interlock fence and walking into the VIP area. The security and organisation of the entry into and in the venue was absolutely rubbish. Been gigging for over 40 years this the worst venue I’ve been too.
Never again. Feeling totally ripped off having spent £150 on tickets alone.

Absolute shambles. Paid over £70 for 2 tickets for them then to be giving them away free, drinks where a fortune bar shut earlier than stated security all had attitude problems confiscated people's things then when you go back at the end to get it back your belongings have already been taken there kept no one safe, most people where taking or selling drugs but there where more bothered about aftershaves and perfumes... Never ever again!!!!

The bar was an absolute joke. More time was spent queuing at the bar leaving less time to enjoy entertainment. For them prices, the very least you could do is put on more staff and have a more organised system for serving instead of a free for all

I would recommend if this event happens again with the same amount of people attending, consider more bars. People were queuing for hours for a drink and you’re missing the music because of it.
