Great to see ub40 again. The event was a shambles pushing & shoving all night. Would do vip next time but to be honest dont think I will see them again in that kind of outdoor setting. Disappointed how long they were on, not even an hour but i do love them ???

Terrible place to be. We had booked VIP but were refused entry as it was too full and a security risk leaving many people outside. Clearly the whole event had been over booked, only meant to be 3000 but looked double. Lots of angry people who did not get into VIP area started to rush and crush people looking for a way in which became a security nightmare and honestly at times intimidating. Drinks queues were terrible and service was appalling but when you have draught and only a couple of draught pumps at the bar it’s never going to work. Tokens were a con as impossible to use them as could not get anywhere near the bar also should have been a token per drink rather than monetary value. Music was great although 50 min set seemed a little disappointing for the price, would have loved them to do more. Overall needs a total rethink and much better organising as this could be something great for the town to continue if organised better

Enjoyed the night, music was great, good atmosphere, not much fast track for vip lane, bar queue was horrendous and very slow, was a bit disappointed there was no encore at the end

No queuing system for the toilets or bar, everyone pushing in and no respect for others already queuing.
Bar area not big enough, only one bar which was not organised at all, over 45 minutes waiting for a drink.

Great atmosphere and UB40 were brilliant, however the organisation inside was a bit chaotic and at times like a free for all. No order at the bars etc

UB40 were brilliant but organisation of the event was appalling. 40 min queue for VIP entry then not enough bar staff, no clear signage for tokens etc.

Where do I start…. The VIP entry queue took longer to get in than the normal queues. The VIP area had numerous people without VIP wristband, the bar service was very slow, it was quicker going out and getting a drink from the regular bar. The bar shut early and I was refused a refund on the tokens I had left (£25 worth). Worst concert I have ever been to. Will not go back ever again

What a failure the venue , the price, the crushing at the bar cos not enough taps , the entry in was awful, I couldn't even take my chocolate in Evan which is my safe guard against diabetes, it was a no couldn't even lake water in so you could charge £2 for it , or go without as the wait to get water was over a hour ,, shocking

Same for the food, extortionate priced.
There’s simply no need to scam the punter who are stuck inside after entry
