Having bought standing tickets , been stuck at the f ar end of the tent we could barely hear or see the band . On a night of heavy rain given limited access to toilets and no access at all to dance near to the band . The prices were expensive but expected. Credit should be given to the speed and quality of the bar service . The tickets i purchased were in celebration of my 50th birthday 3 days later,thankfully the experience in the local bars made the evening, as the beerfest was a total flop. Would i come to another beerfest like this ? No chance especially after purchasing fancy dress outfits to help enrich the experience. I feel that your standing ticket customers were treat very much as the " lower class" and after speaking to others who attended this was the feeling of many . To put it simply ....you got it wrong !!!!

There was no atmosphere in the cold, uninteresting tent where the music and 'entertainment' could hardly be heard from the back where people stood. The entertainment should have been accessible to all, mid way in the tent. The prices were outrageously high, and the thin plastic cups were barely fit for purpose. We literally stayed 45 minutes when we decided to leave to have a better evening.
Nothing here screamed 'Oktoberfest'.

I purchased a ticket and was unable to attend, so was unable to get a refund or resell the tickets as the barcoded ticket and printed had my name on it and you had to contact to transfer the ticket, which is a right messing about. Actual tickets should be given so that you can sell them on and get your money back. My sister also had the same problem and lost the money on 4 x tickets. Total rip off (as were the prices at the event, so I was told). Very disappointing. Would not re-book for this event again or recommend.
