Fantastic event although very bad accessibility protocols
Carers and guides were not allowed in same area as disabled clients therefore leaving them abandoned for the whole evening and causing anxiety and concern by both parties .
Which in particular I found extremely concerning as I am blind and had a guide with me who could not be with me whilst sitting on the disabled access platform
Please can this be looked into as unfortunately I and many others will not be using this venue again until something is sorted

The tunes were epic as ever but the sound mixing meant we couldn't hear John singing and had to move to the back to get any sense of the lyrics. Pity, because other than that it was ace!
