Toilets were an absolute nightmare and policed really badly. It did get better when everyone kicked off about ppl sneaking/pushing in. Should have had a trough area for men too. Pop up bar stopped working too, although due to the toilets I wasn't that bothered about having more than one which was the plan. Thanks for listening.

The wine was £35 and Prosecco £45, absolute rip off, it's put me off going to that venue again. Ali Campbell was a total let down ☹️

It would have been nice to have more draft beer rather than cans which were not cold.

I'd certainly never pay for your premium tickets ever again. We were further from the stage in a fenced off area. Other people were walking passed us commenting on how we were all ripped off when purchasing "premier tickets". I agree, they were a total waste of money. The wrist bands we were given were advertising adult camping holidays and nothing to do with UB40 or their supporting acts.
There was also no merchandise for the event. Having staff who know where you can go etc would have been a great help.

Poor drink selection and very expensive. The music was good but Marti and symphonic orchestra were both short sets and we expected an whole evening event of marti. Plenty of toilets and food stands.

Further from stage .
Toilets filthy no running water .
Would not bother with this venue again . Music was great
