Marti Pellow was amazing but I am appalled at how much we paid for VIP for it to be worth zero! We have been completely RIPPED OFF and I plan to take this to trading standards. £165 for 'posh loos' and VIP bar which everyone was using. People paid £20 for their tickets and had the exact same experience. No one even checked my wrist band. Infact we weren't even given a wrist band until my partner asked for one.
The posh loos were a disgrace - no means to dry hands. No sanitisers and everyone able to use them not just VIP who paid the extra.
This is not ok and I feel completely enraged that we paid £165 for 2 tickets to be stood next to someone who paid £20 and who used exactly the same facilities.
I don't expect I will be graced with a reply but I do plan to take this further.

Marti was AWESOME 😍😍 as always, so would always recommend seeing him!!

The organisation was very poor though, no clear signs to find the park. Security didn't seem to know what was happening with regard to allowing VIP ticket holders priority access to park. VIP areas very poor for money paid, no hand soap, no paper towels or working hand drier.

Marti Pellow was great. Drinks were a rip off. No tonic, no red wine (ran out the previous night). Toilet's supposed to be VIP - no soap (not good enough)

Was not the event as originally advertised. Misleading & very disappointed. RIP off with ticket prices . Will not be booking again .

I would not recommend. I booked for ibiza orchestra which were brilliant but the communication about the event was terrible. I repeatedly tried to contact skiddle but never got a response to my questions re what vip tickets included
We did not expect 2 events in 1. We paid for vip tickets as had read we were unable to take chairs but this was changed the day before. The drinks were really expensive and the vip area was very poor with inadequate seating and no shelter. Never again.

Had a great night although we bought tickets based on an Ibiza style event rather than a festival with various artists that were not this genre of music! It ended up being a fab night

The event itself was great however the total lack of communication from the organisers was horrendous. Not being able yo take in your own good and drinks would also be a consideration before booking in the future.

Woman on the gate was rude and taking it too far checking your body ,food and drinks overpriced music was great DJ was fan and Marti still fantastic

The venue was very badly signposted, lots of fans wandering around the park unable to find entrance, the lighting on stage was dreadful, most of time lead singer was in darkness. He was who we came to see! Disappointing

Loved Marti pellow but the prices were ridiculous and the drinks were warm I got my deodorant taken off me which I think should of been explained to me while booking the event of what you could and couldn't take with you

Terrible events company, advertised as one thing, turned out to be another, don't reply to emails, will never use again
