paid 25 pound to wait hour n 10 in que too be told when got to front its too full have to wait 10 more mins why sell that many tickets then when got in my god full wasnt word the que for bar hour long! to be told ran out most drink at 1am so waste money left sober and wasted my money and time going but music was brill just shame venue was too small!

No organisation what so ever. The wait to get in was ridiculous. No bag searches when we eventually got to the entrance and wasn't asked for ID. Few boys in front of us didn't even look 18. The toilets were vile. Piss everywhere. People laying on the floor passed out. 40 minute wait to get to the bar. Far too many people in there to enjoy it. We only stayed an hour. Was a total let down. Won't be doing it again

Did not enjoy at all.
Que for an hour and half, hardly no bar staff so couldn't get served, like a park of sardines apart from near the door. No planning or thought went into it. Prices were shocking and friends that did manage to get served by pushing through said the lager tasted like fag ash and drinks were warm. Way to over priced and will not be attending again

The music was a bit of a let down for a clubland event, venue was a little bit of a squeeze and drink queues were as bad as usual.
Atmosphere was electric had a great night people were still queuing outside to get in about 1-2 hours before the end......all in all it was a good night cheers clubland👌🏾👌🏾Ԁ 76;🏾

Waited most of the night at the bar as no where near enough staff to get served and got crushed while waiting with people trying to ram you out of the way. Completely ruined the night. Venue was way too small for the amount of people there. Very disappointed

I paid for 3 tickets so that I didn’t have to wait long in a queue but on arrival was told that I still had to wait in the freezing cold in the queue, once inside everyone seemed on edge pushing and shoving people. The queue for the bar was even worse than the one outside and took me 40 minutes to get served, even more shocking was the price of a round of drinks £42!! We left after that. Definitely would not recommend or go back.

Only drank 2 drinks the whole night because we physically couldn’t get to the bar it was that compact nobody could move, the que to get in was absolutely rediculous and when we went for a cigarette at 1ish we were not allowed back in because they said it was ending when there was another hour to go!

Organisation was poor,large queue’s outside for hours meaning people missed beginning of set.
Doorman were rude,unhelpful and showed no care or compassion during an incident that occurred inside the venue.

After attending the following year I was excited to return. However, this year the event organisers seemed to care more about the money made rather than the consumers experience. I waited 50 minutes in-line in the cold weather, even though it was my decision on not dressing warm, I thought it was terrible that people were needing ambulance assistance for waiting so long. I would not pay to watch a concert to then be told I can watch their last song. Also, people who bought vip tickets for fast entry were being sent to the back of the line. Once in the venue you were unable to move, the event organisers says the place can reach a maximum of 1850 guests but for having half the venue closed for those with vip tickets it was shocking to have so many people in such a small space. Another women’s toilet was opened to save last years hassel but it’s a shame I couldn’t get a drink in order to use them. I waited for 30minitues and was still no closer to the front and was then soaking at people trying to get back to the dance floor with their drinks. I will definitely not be returning and would not recommend!!
