Who on earth thought it was a good idea to have like 1500 people in that venue? The bar could not handle the volume of people whatsoever it was about 30 deep and before we left it was taking an hour + for people to get a drink. I even just wanted water at one point but no way was I going to stay and wait. Obviously these type of events also means people take drugs and some one will end up dying like that in there. Next thing........what the hell did you think about 12 cubicles in the women’s toilets was going to cause? Yet that venue there were toilets upstairs but didn’t think to pay for a bit more money for security and get them opened up? Then again security wasn’t exactly the strong point here was it. I much preferred the ikon even on a Saturday but for the love of god I will never be going to it there again.

Don't know what happened this year...you would have thought after years of putting on this event preperation would have been better. Took us over an hour to get in the door. Bar waiting time was ridiculous. Staff looked like they were out of their depth. Lots of angry people didn't help with the atmosphere. Just felt very disorganised. Left early.

I think they should be more staff for drinks because I had to wait 1hr for a drink and also had to wait 1hr to get in and also the room was not as big so I think it should be in 02

Music was brilliant but venue was an absolute Joke. Payed 25 pound for tickets to be waiting in a que to get in for over an hour. One bar and understaffed for the amount of people so couldn’t even get a drink unless you waited another hour for drinks. The not enough toilets as ques were absolutely ridiculous. Music was absolutely great but such a let down on venue. Spoilt the night completely. Payed just short of 300 pound for 12 of us to go and didn’t even look at our tickets to get in!!!!!!

Amazing atmosphere. Que for the bar was the only bad thing. 30 minute wait to get a drink was not for me.

1 hour wait to get in, 1.5 hours to get a drink and got charged £19.95 for a bottle of beer, a cider and 3 waters

Far too busy.. we ended up leaving wasted 25 quid waited an hour in the que to get in then went to get a drink people pushing us out the way stood nearly an hour then ended up leavin

Over an hour standing outside to get in even with tickets, to get in to stand in a 45 minute queue for a drink. I understand this is a busy event and there will be queues however 3 staff on a bar with 1000 plus attending is an absolute joke. The atmosphere was very uneasy, with most I expect on drugs hassling people for drinks and then threatening violence, this just being the girls. Ladies toliets were disgusting with little or no toliet roll and blocked toliets. £22.60 to queue and miss most songs, absolute joke.
