absolutely fantastic performance 👏 really enjoyed it the staff were lovely aswell we got straight in without any fuss as my little boy has limited sight . absolutely amazing we will be going again 😊

My kids really enjoyed the show the dinosaurs were amazing ! There was some down parts though in our opinion for example the price of tickets about £66+ for a family of 4 also then having to pay an extra £5 on arrival to use the car park!
There was bits in the performance that we didn’t like my kids example were crying first bit when the play a video saying all dinosaurs died like not needed when there’s kids and they were also very upset when two dinosaurs we’re fighting at the end they hated this wasn’t kid friendly really.
Other bits we thought were ridiculous was the girl singing two songs like it’s not a musical 😂 that was just stupid and the kids though it was boring same with the guy using lightsabers pretending to be Star Wars no need just stupid and kids didn’t like it. It should of been more about the dinosaurs not been made into a musical.

Couldn’t have been more disappointed. We left after 20 minutes as neither of my children could see anything. Terrible venue for this kind of show which bore no resemblance to the info/pics/videos published online. This was a birthday present t for my children who were devastated.

Not at all what I expected it was more pantomime then experience and not really a great panto! The two rangers were great who were the main people on stage.
The veiwing of the show was difficult as they were not on a stage they were at the same level as the floor we were 8 rows back and still had very poor veiw and for the price we paid for the tickes shocking!
We were charged £5 to park there was no mention of this and it was card payment only or you couldn't park there and when you went into the building the car parking prices were not as expensive as £5 for the whole day.
I will not go again as just seemed to me it was to make as much money as possible with minimal effort the setting didn't even change when they were changing areas there was an interval but not sure why.
Dissapointed!

Food and drink was ridiculously over priced.
Wasn’t good that after spending £55 on tickets we had to pay £5 to park in there car park. Yet if we had gone on a separate day parking in that specific was only £3 for the day. Parking should have been included in your ticket price as £5 to park in a car park for not even 3 hours is quite frankly a rip off
