Review of Jurassic Live 12pm Show
What a waste of money this was.
Qued outside in car park for 20 mins
When we eventually got inside the que for food was massive, waited in that , food selection was very disappointing. No hotdogs etc.
Merch to purchase was disappointing and very expensive.
Toilet facilities was clean but not big enough for the amount of people.
Was told to sit in a certain row as it was fully booked.
My child could hardly see anything.
Audience was asked to stand near the end , my child is autistic and wouldn't stand so he couldn't see what was going on and missed the best part.
The show was rubbish for the price we paid.
At the interval everyone rushed for food and toilets, the place was rammed.
Pop corn stand was open but I was told we had to pay for it from food part and return there to collect it.
2 mins later same woman was selling popcorn direct from the stand. Nobody seemed to know what was going on.
We left before the end as did many others.
What a waste of time and money .
Oh don't buy the program, £5 and its just a money spin. Parking is also charged at £5
Won't be going again. Utter s**t

Review of Jurassic Live 5pm Show
Overall a good show but the venue let it down.
Seemed a little disjointed with unreserved seating making it impossible for some people to sit down as attendees would leave gaps of 1-2 seats between other parties so nobody else could utilise the seats, and the staff seemingly did nothing about it.
There were 2 bars available but again staff didn’t direct the flow to split between both bars at the interval (most people didn’t seem to know one of them existed) creating a funnel at the main door which from a spectator safety viewpoint is obviously a big no no.
The way the seats were set up on the main floor also meant that the target audience for this show (young children) could barely see what was going on with rows of people sat in front of them at the same level making it impossible for them to get a view. We had a very agitated 6 year old by the end as two hours is quite a length of show but even moreso when the view is massively restricted.
This is a shame as the show itself was good and interactive and involving but the venue and the staff within it were unfit for purpose for this production.

Show was late starting. I would’ve have bothered with the interval in the middle as wasn’t much of show left in second half could have just had it over and done with in hour and half

Review of Jurassic Live 12pm Show
It was advertised as tiered seating, this was only partially true as the majority of seats were flat floor so my sons couldn't see. The lighting on stage was so dark it was difficult to make out the dinosaurs and the sound of the actors wasn't loud enough so again difficult to hear.

My 6yr old daughter loved it, I felt they could have showed more dinosaurs and interacted with the kids at the back not just the ones at the front but ky daughter enjoyed it which is main thing

Review of Jurassic Live 5pm Show
when booked at the arena I thought the show would be in the center with seating around. unfortunately, with the show qt the front and the seating lay out it was difficult for my child to see... must have been same as others as many children ended up sitting at the front of the stage. that's really my only crtitisicm. My son loved it,.
