Review of Fireworks & Food Chepstow
I found the food and drinks a bit pricey, considering many people attend such events for their children to experience it (should be more affordable for families), but the food was nice. We arrived at 4:15pm ish, but met people who arrived at 2pm and felt that was too early, not as much to do. I don't remember seeing any live music once we arrived. Our son is autistic and I think the boxes with view could be cheaper & for smaller tables eg 5 or 10 at most, to allow families more chance to have access to a table in the warm, proper toilets in the building, etc. but otherwise a good event.

Review of Fireworks & Food Chepstow
1) Not enough seating for those of us who are physically disabled - Wish this had been made clear before the event so we could have bought our own chairs.
2) As the fireworks display was labeled as 'low noise' thought this would be a perfect thing for my autistic child - However the music was played at an absolutely deafening volume.
3) The prices inside the event were astronomical - even small children's rides £4/5 for the child and then £4/5 for accompanying adult.
Couldn't even afford the food outlets so didn't look.
Overall a rip off £50 spent on entry for our party of 6.
3 adults , 2 children (11&8) and a 2 y.o .
- 3 people in our party are registered disabled.
Then £50 spend on the smallest fair rides for 3 children . £100 spent for a barley 20 minute firework display is beyond. Especially when the fireworks weren't even the spectacular ones you usually see - no big circles in the sky just some fussy lines being shot up from the floor.
Moving on to the actual organisation -the chaos leaving the carpark was beyond, you ofcourse understand it will be busy after an event ending.
BUT multiple lanes of traffic trying to fit in one space , multiple near accidents of cars hitting eachother , cars coming from every direction , no rhyme or reason to any of it - Dangerous on a normal day but with so many children walking around just outright ridiculous.
As an autistic visitor it left me feeling stressed an unwell to try and drive my long journey home whilst already being in pain from standing for hours due to my physical disability.
Overall a disappointing experience and I unfortunately will not be recommending it to anyone.

Review of Fireworks & Food Chepstow
We arrived at 4pm with our 5 year old and we were all bored by the time the fireworks started at 6pm. I don't know what you would do if you arrived at 2pm! Some standard takeaway/fair style food (wouldn't really call much of it street food) with queues a mile long and a few fairground rides which were £5 each. Nothing else to do and the atmosphere was that of a cheap, busy fairground rather than a traditional fireworks night. Very lacklustre fireworks performance. Wouldn't go again.

Review of Fireworks & Food Chepstow
I genuinely want my money back if I'm honest. The parking was horrendous by closing the gates. The food prices were EXTORTIONATE and not justifiable at all. The fireworks were so flat?! They were the same 3/4 fireworks recycled. Disappointed they were quiet ones but more disappointed that they were hardly in time to the music, and the music choices weren't very exciting at all

Review of Fireworks & Food Chepstow
We had a really good time, the atmosphere was great. The fire breathers put on an awesome show and the fireworks were amazing. There was an excellent variety of food but personally thought was a little over priced. But all in all a fantastic evening out.

Review of Fireworks & Food Chepstow
This was an absolute abomination of an event. Food was extortionate, the concours areas unlit, toilets just portacabins. Queues enormous.
Rides were all a total rip off. Toddler rides £5!
The fireworks were pathetic, three launch tubes, started late, low noise which was not properly advertised and I think at a push this was in the low £thousands spent to put on a limp 13 minute display. Laser show pointless and blinding.
Social Eats events should be banned from doing anything in Chepstow again.

Review of Fireworks & Food Chepstow
Could;'t see the fireworks well for all the lasers, disco lights and the music was so too loud and should have been off or quieter for the display. Fireworks were all the same for 20 minutes. Food was too expensive, rides too expensive, getting out if carpark a shambles. Will not go again.

The firework display was awful, they weren't much better than shop bought fireworks that you can buy anywhere. I won't waste money on this again, I'm sure many others will feel the same
