So glad I bought club classic, made my camping festival a lot more luxurious with nice toilets, warm showers and a makeup place to do get read and and do my hair. The staff where friendly and it was well priced, well worth getting

I have used club class every year at sundown festival and recently at creamfields too. I paid half the price last year at sundown for exactly the same service I paid for this year. The first morning was absolutely terrible, they only had the mens showed open so the women had to change in a separate room and then walk across in just our towels which is not acceptable. When I popped back later for the toilet the queue was ridiculous for the showers, they must have been waiting hours. If you can’t manage with that amount of people then don’t sell the tickets for it.

Female showers weren’t working and had to queue 2 hours for a warm shower in the mens block

really good for the price, however queues were very long and not a large amount of showers.The hair straighteners,hairdryers and mirrors were really useful and the toilets were so much better than the portaloos

Paid £50 for a shower pass and had to wait ages for a shower and there was not enough hair dryers and straighteners so could not get to use them! Very overpriced shower pass

I loved being able to have a shower but must say the 1hr30 wait on the saturday for a shower was very long

Toilets with broken locks.
Showers with little pressure.
Girls going in the boys and girls so boys wait 3x as long.
Fewer toilets.
Seating was not safe
Couldnt get a shower until 3pm and was an hour wait because the girls didnt work and everyone was mixed into the boys

Toilets were clean and plenty of toilet roll. Prices for food at this event was astronomical!!!! Shocking!!
