payed £50 to not even get to use the showers as so many tickets were sold the queen went on for hours and hours also ticket prices online was more expensive then what they was selling in the luxury bit

This year I came and got my club pass band however some of the shower were broken which took about 3 hours to have shower which I paid £60 for, then seeing it’s £20 a day pass on the door which would of saved me money

My only down fall was the amount of people that brought it made it that you had to queue for the good things especially make up and showes, if I have payed £35 or what ever it was I would like to be able to use the facilities better. And my recommendation is to either restrict ticket numbers or expand the venue of club class

I used the luxury pass a couple of years at sundown festival and I would have said it was worth the money. This time was awful, the toilets were disgusting, the mirrors were all cracked or missing. And the lady that run the service was demanding everyone gets changed into their towels before getting in the shower block. It was freezing and I was alone so felt very uncomfortable doing this. There was also another shower block that wasn’t open which I didn’t understand if she was trying to speed the queue up. Overall I really don’t think it was worth the money (wasn’t even open on the Monday) and I think they let too many people in to use the pass. Should have been half the amount of people.

The straightners were often broken and there wasn’t enough space plugs so that was a free for all with curlers and things often getting unplugged. I paid £35 to effectively use a large mirror twice, as the showers had such a bad queue both days i didnt bother. Also the toilets were the exact same quality as the other ones on the site. I also expected it to be open 24/7 but it closed so early and opened so late there wasn’t enough time to queue and use it and see the acts i wanted to see. Wouldnt get it again

Too many people - couldn’t even have a shower as the que was way to big. Ask very disappointed as the water taps stopped working at one point . Not enough space for everyone who bought a ticket

Staff were really friendly and made the atmosphere very enjoyable! By the last day though the toilets weren’t very pleasant. The queues for the makeup area and showers were also quite long so would maybe recommend more of these to make the experience higher quality. Other than that amazing! Thank you
