Definitely not worth the money at all, you have to que hours just to have a shower, glam section nothing special just a mirror on a table with a straightener (could barely use this facility due to it being so busy), toilets are portals that are just less messy than the on-site toilets.

I will be asking for a refund on my club pass . It wasnt organised very well at all . It closed at 11 which is when the arena closes so you couldn’t use the toilets before bed or through out the night . The line was so long for everything in thr morning due to the showers . However the toilets where empty but you still had to get in the same que . The straigtners where broken .

This year was a lot worse than 2019 with less toilets available and making them all unisex was awful especially when last time it was one row of toilets each for girls and boys.

toilets are bloody tiny. might as well be for midgets as there is barely enough space to sit down properly but at least you could go in peace. showers also have ridiculous wait times. not really something I would want to recommend but being hygienic at a festival is a must. there is 0 music playing so I don’t know why that’s an option

To be honest for £30 i expected much more. The toilets were better than the other ones but that’s about it. Being told to ‘strip down into a towel’ in front of everyone else before having a shower did not sit right with me, didn’t pay all that money to be spoken to like a child and to take away my decency, really wasn’t impressed at all, not worth it in my opinion

The showers were really nice , just have to organise your schedule to time it right to miss the hours with longer queues
The toilets were a godsend and so much better than the regular festival portaloo
And the pamper station really enabled us to get ready for the festival and look and feel our best for enjoying the day

Overall I would definitely recommend to a friend and next time I go to a festival with the option for a club class pamper ticket, I will be repurchasing
