I was mis-sold the VIP ticket, there was no point in paying extra, there was no bar in the VIP area and the 2 toilets were not looked after and checked at all for cleanliness and restocking and flushing. Being charged extra was a rip-off and disgraceful, there was no reason whatsoever to pay higher prices - not happy being ripped off.

The venue was great, the acts were ok and entertaining. But the management was pretty awful. At first no one was allowed to take alcohol out of the bar area, which meant people were drinking in relay, alone, so one parent could look after the kids watching the bands at the other end of the field. This changed after a few hours because I think the staff just couldn't stop anyone anymore. There was also an issue around water. On the website before we arrived it said tap water would be available from the bar to refill water bottles. This was not the case and we were told we had to buy water (illegal). An hour later we *could* get tap water from the bar?? Not sure what changed. However, a couple of hours after that I was told the bar staff weren't refilling bottles anymore but that a refilling station had been set up in a building vaguely pointed to in the distance. Went to find said building but couldn't find a refilling station. Very very disappointed with this when providing tap water is a legal requirement, and a basic common courtesy tbh,. especially when the organisers knew it was going to be a sunny day with lots of kids in attendance. Would not attend the event again unless these issues were properly streamlined and sorted.

I brought 11 tickets VIP only to find they meant nothing all the tables were taken by non VIPâs couldnât use the toiletâs do to non VIPâs an absolute shambles paid £110 more and got less

Well organised event, great line up of acts and weather to match, overall very enjoyable ð
Although toilet facilities insufficient, (resulting in much queueing) for the numbers attending.
Also, not sure why or what the thinking behind the tokens system was, it certainly didn't speed up service or reduce queues.
Food a bit overpriced but drinks were reasonable.

VIP was a joke, no VIP bar two additional toilets for VIP that they let anyone use and the toilets at the front for VIP anyone was using too.
Acts terrible especially Amy Winehouse who was drunk and didnât stop talking instead of singing. A rip off and would never come again.
