No one there got there at 7.30 nothing happening no one in maybe 20 people no band on until 8.45 no atmosphere we left at 8.30 ð??±ð??±

The show itself was ok but feel let down by skiddle not informing us that the artist had changed to a different tribute artist and i think they should've notified paying customers with the option to cancel their tickets if they so wished as "it wasn't actually what they paid for", an not knowing this until you arrive at the venue is poor customer service skills in my opinion.

Venue was too packed. Too many people in attendance which made it not enjoyable. Adults all stood crowding the dance floor so kids couldn’t dAnce and we couldn’t see our kids properly to
Supervise.
Glass lamp shade which was hanging over the dance floor fell off and smashed all over the dance floor very dangerous especially where the kids were dancing.
Advertised there was going to be face painting and parachute games but non of this happened. False advertisement. Very expensive for what was happening. Adult ticket prices shouldn’t be the same as a child ticket as it’s not really for us it’s for the kids to Enjoy. Overall a shambles and left early

Absolute disgrace , no seating , no entertainment! Far too many people in a small venue was absolutely shocking and to top it off a large balloon smashed a glass light fitting all over children in the dance floor and they didn’t even clear the space to make it safe!

Very disappointed. Party was poorly organised with very little thought seeming to have been given to the practical logistics on the day. Felt unsafe and unfriendly to small children - my 2 and nearly 4 year old did not enjoy it and we’re scared to go back in the dance floor after the incident with the light. I definitely won’t be attending any similar events in the future. The light smashing above childrens heads and the loud bangs from the balloons popping was like a scene from a horror show. As other reviews have said - nothing organised for the children to do, nowhere to sit and a cash only bar!!!

They sold too many tickets to fit into the venue, wasn’t very Covid-19 friendly. Really overwhelming especially for the little ones, really wished they had organised it so there were tables available and somewhere to store bags and coats. Really disappointed that the bar only took cash. We had to leave after half an hour as none of us were enjoying ourselves. Definitely not worth the money that we paid! Completely disappointed considering we were looking forward to it.

Too many people crammed into a small space, no seating or tables - was chaos. Balloons popping everywhere, lack of organisation re covid. Left after 40 mins.

It was far too over sold and busy, too many people especially adults! It was intimidating and overwhelming for the kids. Not organised at all. Could barely move, couldnt dance. My very sociable friendly son was petrified. Was very disappointed we left along with many others. Another parent asked for an announcement to be made to ask the parents to step aside but still didnâ??t make any difference. Plan and organise next time!! There shouldâ??ve been an area for the adults to sit/stand so the kids could all run free and dance in the middle so parents could see their children.

Not organised at all no games or activities for the children nor face painting as originally mentioned on the advert. There was no organisation it was just like standing around at a party. Basically just paid £16 for my child and I to just gain entry. Waste of money.

I’m afraid it was just too busy and didn’t seem very organised. The venue wasn’t right I don’t think. There were several people there with babes in arms (myself included) and there wasn’t enough room to sit with them. Perhaps a warning that the event might not have been suitable for very young babies would have been useful.
