Review of Kids Halloween Rave - The Little Monster Mash

The event was awful and was not designed for toddlers as stated… It’s was majorly over crowed and was jam packed to the point we struggled to even walk through. Serving glass at the bar for adults alcohol and one smashed on the dance floor. We had to leave after literally 3 minutes it was not suitable for my child. I have left my details with a member of staff at the event and requested a refund but I am yet to hear anything from them.

Over crowded. No face painting as advertised, not much for children to do other than dance. No competitions and handed out stickers to every child as some sort of ‘prize’. Very poor for £8 a ticket!!

Shambolic organisation. Tickets oversold and venue dangerously over capacity. No face paints, no games, just an overcrowded room with a DJ set in the corner.. We left early after the lampshade shattered above our heads. Awful experience which is such a shame as it could have been a great event.

As mentioned already, far too many tickets sold . Should have had 2 timings. Tables needed round the edge for parents so that the centre was free for the children. Absolutely no room to dance and no where to put anything ie coats bags etc. We went to the bar to be informed cash only but also that there was hardly any stock as they had only been told that morning that the bar was meant to be open ( even for children’s drinks) even though the description stated fully Licensed bar. We left after half An hour. very disappointed!

Totally overcrowded far to many people with not enough seating. Adults stood everywhere blocking the stage. Bar didnâ??t take card so we couldnâ??t get a drinkâ?¦we left early

I loved the effort they went to, to make it spooky and fun but the venue was way too small for the amount of tickets sold, you were squashed and uncomfortable, my little girl hated it because you couldnâ??t move and wanted to leave after a short time of being there, If they put more of these events on with less people it would be so much more enjoyable.
