Can't quite work out what I actually got for what i paid for the precbooked tickets, still had to pay for bingo! The atmosphere was OK but the music act was dire.

We had a great time, the only downside was how long it took to get in and that the bingo caller was way to fast. But the music and atmosphere was brilliant

It was a reallly good night apart from the venue didn’t have some food as their appliance was broken and they lost a lot of profit from people not buying food

Hosts were great, games were fun and music was good.

However…..emails were received telling us to get there early as it will be busy. We did that and yes it was very busy. Unfortunately buzz bingo didn’t seem to get the memo and have things in place for how busy it was. Huge Que to get in with only two people at the door, bar Que constantly a minimum of 30 minutes, no chips, pizza was vile, no toilet roll….. I felt for the poor staff working who didn’t stop. Not enough staff or planning

It took us an hour to get in as had to wait for membership cards to be printed, which meant we ended up missing the first part of the bingo. I feel this was due to only having 2 staff members at the entrance, one checking tickets and the other printing membership cards.
When we eventually got in all of the lights were left on where as previous themed nights we have been too all the lights were switched off which gave it more of an atmosphere.
Unfortunately due to this experience it has put me off going to another themed bingo night again

Very good evening, however really poorly organised queuing outside for new members to sign up even though I had purchased tickets and could have gone straight through, the bar queue was 30 minutes to be served. Little adjustments would have helped this such as a separate area for bottled drinks, cans of soft drinks, snacks and crisps etc.
The host was fantastic. Would come again.
