Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Cornwall!
Fab family event. Only issue was not really many child friendly drinks apart from c**e or lemonade in the bar areas.
The security staff were amazing and friendly. Would definitely attend again.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Cornwall!
I really wanted to say that I'd recommend to friends & family, but it was a bit pricey (both alcohol & food) and the usual situation at festivals with the lack of toilets. Sunday atmosphere was good but too many chairs/blankets in front of the stage making dancing practically impossible (unless you wanted to trample on children?).
With a few tweaks this could be amazing! Keep the ticket pricing low and you could be onto a winner 😊

I didn't like the fact that once you were in you couldn't go out and re-enter.
Also, a few of the acts I wanted to see were not on.
Not really my thing but made the best of it.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Cornwall!
Acoustics weren't great. Not the bands/acts I was hoping to see. Not much selection of food and expensive. Information about the event hard to find. Would have been better with more stalls and things to do. A running order of the acts would help.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Cornwall!
Parking was well organised, probably the quickest I've exited a festival. Mostly the acts were very good, my only complaint was the bands that were on the original poster that didn't appear, most of which I got my ticket to see.

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Cornwall!
What a great day! Such good value for 10 hours of excellent entertainment. The whole event was very well run and there was a great atmosphere. My only quibble was that not all acts that were advertised were there and we were a little disappointed with the singing quality in the Queen set. That aside we wouldn't hesitate going to another event

Review of Outdoor Tribute Festival comes to Cornwall!
It cost us £12 to park in a field (this is in addition to ticket prices)
Drink prices were insane - the guys behind the 'bar' were literally just pulling tins of cider or beer from multipacks and selling them individually for £6/£9 per can. The packs would have been bulk bought from somewhere like Bookers so the mark-up was huge.
A cup of WATER was £3
Bottles of spirits that sell in supermarkets for £10 were being sold for £150 (yes you read that right)
Don't book the 'VIP' area - it was laughable. £40 for the 'privilege' of sitting behind high metal fencing at the side of the stage (so most people couldn't see a thing) and use of some rusty old toilet block. The non VIP people had the area in front of the stage and a full and up close view of the bands.
Food very expensive - tiny portion of chips - £5 and of course you're not allowed to bring your own food and drink.
The majority of the bands that were on were very good -in particular the UB40 and Freddie and Queen but these were tribute acts and don't warrant the prices of parking, drink etc
I felt the whole thing was pretty badly put together and a scam. It was only the talents of the bands that saved this event.
